I LOVED this app until earlier this year. First they lost the Copic Markers. But Okay, whatever. Not a Deal Breaker, just Disappointing and less than Ideal. I still used it and enjoyed it, just to a lesser extent. NOW however, it crashes on startup no matter what I do. Restarting? No Dice. Uninstall/ Reinstall ? still crashes. I even tried installing an older version (which worked ! ) and it auto-updated after 2 days which Brought Back the crashing issue!

I used to love this app, and it had been the only drawing app that was easy to use for me. I didn't even really mind the copics getting removed, but now everytime I look for a drawing it goes black, with a loading thing on it. I've waited for at least an hour for drawings to load before eventually clicking on them, only for a message to pop up saying, "Oops. Failed to open image." So I click the OK button, and it opens the drawing, which is now a blank canvas. I have lost a year of work.

This app has crashed on me multiple times... effectively destroying the work I've created while using the app. When the app is reopened, your work is saved but you can't erase the last thing you've done. Needless to say if you've made a mistake before the crash happens, you're STUCK with that mistake. You can't undo the mistake with the back arrow. The app is beautifully made... but what's the point of a beautiful pen if it doesn't work? Smh (Galaxy Tab s7+)

I have used this app for a long time now and its been great until the screen started to flicker from black to white. The issue has been happening for some time now. When I had contacted customer support on the issue they were not any help. They gave me the auto generated "Were aware of the problem and are currently working to fix it" response. Its been over a few months since that email and sadly the flicker remains hurting my eyes every time I touch the screen.

I've used this app for about 4-5 years now and have always loved the tools and overall layout. It works much better on PC with a tablet and has more features on desktop. However, many features appear to have been removed recently including copics, and a good chunk of my already finished or in progress projects. There's no way I can give this app a 5-star rating and, unless these issues are fixed, I won't be using this app.

I used to love this app- it was my first drawing app and I used it constantly. When I first downloaded it I would have rated 4 stars at least but now the app won't even open. I've tried Uninstalling/reinstalling. I've updated my tablet. So frustrating. I'm a beginner and this was the easiest to use program that still gave me a lot of options. Very disappointing.

i used to love using this app for my chromebook, it worked perfectly and was my favorite draw/paint app. Since this fall (2021) i have not been able to run the app. After it opens, it closes/crashes before it can load past the opening logo. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and this seems to be a problem exclusive to this app. please fix this.

I've used this app for many years, they used to have all the brushes locked and you had to pay for them, now almost every brush is available for free. The workspace is well put together and tidy, the drawings are always good with great quality in the brushes, altogether amazing app for art, 10/10 would recommend

It's a great app and the brush mechanics are great but the feedback is terrible. When I touch my screen, it doesn't draw until I slide a little bit. Lines that I make don't start where I start them. I don't really know how to explain it but it's really annoying. Please fix this.

This is an awesome app. It has everything and is great. However, every time I touch the screen it gliches to black and it is very annoying. I tired everything to fix it but to no avail. I hope you can get this fixed so I can full enjoy the app without this layback.
