This app is incredibly invasive, the permissions it requests are absolutely 💯 absurd!!! For instance, it wants to be able to find accounts on my phone, to read AND MODIFY my contacts, directly call phone numbers, modify and delete the contents of my storage, read my Google configuration, control vibration, pair with Bluetooth devices, and there are at least 20 more! This is a bold and obnoxious invasion of privacy and I am not sure that I am renewing my insurance policy after learning this!

The contents appear too clutter to access to the key information such as the membership, the insurance, road-side assistance, etc. But discount information outside of the autoclub, such as Office Depot occupies larger part of the screen. So this app appears AD pages for extra revenue to AAA. Disappointed!

This gas got to be one of the worst apps ever. While it a much needed app especially when the need for Roadside Assistance is great, for the app to completely derail your attempts to get help is unimaginable. But yet it happened to me repeatedly. From morning through the afternoon I have been attempting to use the app. Problems including the update to a new version, telling me my verified membership is canceled, to telling me my password is incorrect. Even after resetting it. Just unbelievable.

I have tried installing and opening this app several times, both from the Google play store and also from my membership online on the web on my computer. It downloads and installs, but when I try to open it asks for the zip code on my account. When I input it, an error occurs. I was hoping to have this so I could have the digital tour books and such. Oh well.

Used app to schedule service appointment. I'm not even sure if anything went through. Usually, when one completes a form, there is some sort of acknowledgement, but I did not receive one here; it kept me on the same form. So, I hope it goes through, as I need my car serviced.

I used the app for the first time today, because I needed a tow and I found a bug while using it on an Android phone. Setting up the tow was very easy. However, there is an overlay banner that gives you a summary of your tow submission that I can't swipe away, which is frustrating. So, now I can't see anything about the tow truck information or look at the map. I would give it more stars if this wasn't an issue.

The app is full of glitches. I am able to schedule roadside assistance but unable to cancel the request in the app. Message keeps saying "Something went wrong on our end. We are unable to cancel your request at this moment. We are working to get this resolved." Fix the app if you don't have real life agents to talk to (I was on hold for over 25 minutes and no agent, canceled service only because technician called to give update). FRUSTRATING.

UPDATE: I recently posted a negative rating for this app, and learned that they were experiencing network issues. This app is up and running again and all of the great features you'd expect from AAA are fully functional. The UI is different, but still very user-friendly. I apologize for posting a negative review before contacting the developer for answers. I have no problems with this app and appreciate the developers expeditious, professional response and support.

I was basically forced to diwnload this app in order to get my discounts. After my agent left only to find out it went up 10$ n the app didnt save me any money no discounts provided to lower. With that said it constantly stated hard brakes which were not due my wearing a ankle brace. Called n was transferred 8x leaving me irritated n and hangig up. No one could answer the question. Nor provide why my discount had not applied. Pissed n will stop the app.

This app is definitely not user friendly! I've needed to update my payment information a few times and nowhere on the app can I find where to update it. I ultimately have to call customer service which is another inconvenience. Updates just make it worse!
