(Edited) The concept and the purpose of the app is good, but literally speaking, the app is bad, my Hammered True Wireless Pro are brand new, the app doesn't detect them often while my phone connects to them in two or three seconds. Basically, it takes too long for the app to detect my earbuds, and sometimes it doesn't even detect them. Also, it would be awesome if there was more freedom in the gestures settings. I would love the app if it detected my earbuds like my phone does.

I have the Hammerhead true wireless earbuds and this app sucks at recognizing them. It also crashes when I try to remap tap functions and since they killed the previous app to force everyone onto this one, I currently can't remap my $100 earbuds. And the "equalizer" is just a choice of default, bass boost, and treble boost. Outstanding, really; great work.

I'd like to report a bug if it's even a bug. Before the update, I disabled the RGB function of my TWS RGB to save battery. After the update, it no longer gives you the option to enable or disable it. Checked the Chroma app and it doesn't give you the option to turn it back on. How can I now enable the RGB on my TWS?

1. App should still be usable even after one side of buds is working 2. A response tone would be nice for every tap confirmed not after every gesture. 3. Battery reading is not accurate like everytime I reset I'm getting different battery levels for my Razer Hammerhead TWS Pro, not sure if its the app or what but I wish I can return item asap but returning of items takes long time to process. smh

After last year app its better, but too little too late Razer. There are still very less things you can do with the app. When you compare with the other brands and see what they provide, your Razer app doesnt give any unique or good feature.Find my earphone, some experimental features, case battery. When you compare with other companies there is nothing really uniqiue or good about it.

10/10 you just have to turn it on and hope for the best it will work for you, else you have to retry like over 10times or 20,30.. so on. And after my 20+ times trying, guess what? It finally shows that its connected but boom! they show you image of a pair of their Razer TWS pro and the settings below all are hiding somewhere idk where but definitely not showing on my app. PogChamp.

This app is garbage. Takes forever to connect to the buds. Even worse it won't connect to the buds while in use. So I can't make any changes on the fly to hear differences on the settings changed. This app needs alot of work.

the sound is great and love the brand, however if I want to make a call the mic sounds awfull to say the least, don't know if its a technical issue but there is that, also I keep forgetting the touch controls for some reason.

Would be great if there was a way for me to turn off the "auto pause" when I take an earbud out. Other than that they sound as good as my Monster Turbine Golds that I had for years... died of old age.

Won't connect my device at all. It just freezes. This new app is stupid I have installed and I uninstalled multiple times. So I guess I spent my money for no reason if it won't work
