Speakers are really nice, but the app could use some improvement. I have a stereo pair of C10s and I don't understand why volume on both speakers gets out of sync. I do set them up to the same level, but almost every day something breaks and balance needs fixing. Also the volume buttons on speakers set to stereo pair should control group and not just the one speaker.

App, once you know how it works is good but not great. Lots of improvements needed. I use tidal as the main streaming service of choice. For tidal it needs a way of 'liking' or adding favourites through the audio Pro app. It also needs the option of removing pause between tracks as I love to listen to mixes and the pause drives me crazy. I heart radio logs out every time I load this app so I have to put in my credentials every time. AudioPro speakers rock though! With soo many connection options

Using the app to set up the speaker was very easy and it seems stable. Knocked down by 2 stars as when accessing Deezer via the app it can only display the first 20 songs in a playlist, which is not great if you have 100s of songs in them! Please improve. Other slight frustration is having a stream knocked out by annoying in laws trying to take over. It would be nice if the App could trump other streamers (on spotify/Google cast) and stop them taking control.

The speakers are excellent, but this app has been a disgrace for far to long. Come on AudioPro, you are excellent speaker designers, now please hire someone who is equally competent in apps to completely rewrite your app into something that works first time and is reliable.

It isn't the prettiest app, but it gets the job done for me. It's simple to control Tidal and Spotify through it, too. In terms of ease of use, it took me a bit to get the hang of it. I would never want to have to sit down and try to teach my mom how to navigate it.

Update June 8, 2021: It's a shame that the company has not even tried to fix the application. It seems like they have other priorities. Unfortunately. It's a pain to use the application. Great hardware. Garbage software. Why don't invest into a few professionals and replace this garbage soft with functional and convenient application? No updates for 3+ months - it's a shame.

Unintuitive and an absolute nightmare to get my C3 reconnected. Thought I'd only have to deal with this confusing drama once, but the speaker's been dropping connection a lot lately. Love the sound quality on the speaker but the software kills any joy in the product. Really regret going with Audio Pro, had foolishly thought the app would improve over time. Go look at other brands, life's too short for this much frustration!

Love my C3 speaker but the app is pretty awful. Either spend some money and completely redesign it, or better still put a remote control in the box (remember those?)

It's just so difficult! It took me ages to get it to connect to Virgin broadband. Then it was a faff to connect again when I changed provider. I've just upgrade my phone and can't get it to work at all. It really is a terrible interface, which let's down an otherwise good speaker. I expect more for the price.
