ATM Milano Official App is the official application of Azienda Trasporti Milanesi S.p.A. that helps users move around the city easily, quickly and in a sustainable manner. The app aggregates information about ATM public transport with information on railway stations, airports, car-sharing, BikeMi and cycle paths. With ATM Milano you can also buy tickets using a credit card or by texting. Thanks to its customizable home page you can move around the theme areas to organise your favourites and other contents at best. These are the ATM Milano functions: - Around: localises points of interest - Routes: helps calculate public transport itineraries - Lines: shows the route and stops of one or more lines on the map - Tickets: use to purchase tickets by credit card, save them in your reserved area and see when they expire after validation. The timings are wrong. I came late for an interview because the app showed 5min and actually the bus came 15min later and at midpoint the tram was to come in 7min but when I was walking to the stop it was leaving. I could've got another transport to get there, and NO, I didn't get the job because I was late :(

This application is useless! I can't scan the QR code in the subway and have to buy another physical ticket every time I try.

The tickets I bought came a couple of hours after I had bought them (by which point it was useless) theres no function for asking for help through the app (you have to email or go in office). The map functionality is nice, knowing which tickets to buy is really complicated if you don't know the city well and it clears that frustration up a little. Would have been 5 stars if there was online help, and real time ticket purchasing.

Almost useless app for buying tickets for public transport in Milan, if you are a tourist. The menu is too difficult in order to know that if you want to buy online tickets you need to: make an account, connect with paypal, buy tickets and also activate them before getting into the bus, and after 90 minutes repeat the last two steps. On the website I couldn't find that information and, of course, I got a ticket for not knowing these details. So no problem, I won't use this app ever again.

We arrived on Sunday and we could not get a ticket from anywhere. One driver told us about the application. I installed and waited for twenty minutes to get the confirmation email buy never got it. Then I tried the sms charge which also did not work. We tried all the ways to buy ticket for the tram and in the end we entered without paying.

In the name of Jesus Christ make it easier to pay with credit card. It's revolting and ridiculous that I have to insert my card data every single time I have to buy tickets.

I bought tickets then tried validating one minute before trying to use it and it doesn't work. Even if you try revalidating it a couple of times, because the machine just wont scan the QR code. You just stand there making a fool of yourself trying to scan it, in the meanwhile behind you a row of waiting people start forming. Plz fix.

When I want to pay with PayPal it's not loging me into the correct PayPal account and it's not giving any options to sign out or to chose. Instead it makes me changing my password every time and still returns me to the old PayPal account. Also if happened to log in into your correct account it doesn't do any transaction. Please fix these problems as we can't pay even if we want to. And in the end of that day we will be fined because yours system doesn't work!!!!

Bought the Unlimited Urban Day Pass for €4.50. Though I only used it twice in 24 hrs (overpaid, by €1.50 vs Urban One Way Single Ticket), to and from Galleria VE II to Milano Centrale (did some Conad grocery shopping there, nearest to my hotel)..it was painless to use (ditto for the Milano Subway System). Just make.sure you have a good QR Code app.

The app is so slow you have to try to buy tickets two days before your journey. Also they ask a lot of personal info when paying by card, you will waste 30 minutes to write everything down and the programm just won't go. Italians can't do things anymore.
