Why is it being shown I need to call the counselor to continue using the app? The number you have provided is getting disconnected. Is this because some form of bug in the app or this was a trial period, which is over for me, that's why you are making the app unavailable to use. If the later is correct then please mention that trial period is over or something like that or if it is because of a glitch please fix the issue.

I really admire what the app is aiming for. I like the content but it I believe that the videos and notes need to be more comprehensive so as to help prepare for AIIMS and JEE Adnlvance. The app crashes a lot and its quite annoying to be honest. The video should have time stamps according to topics. If these changes can be made then I believe this is the best application for preparing for competitive examinations.

It was my worst experience with this app. I tried to sign up on two different devices, my phone and tablet, but one or the other side it was dealing with some issue, I selected my class '9' and when I pressed continue, it asked me to select my class. 'SERIOUSLY'? I would request the concerned authorities to fix this.

over all view of the app is very good..........but short notes need to be improve at some points..... revision maps , NCERT solutions are good & helpful study material is better ....but sometimes the app may get stucks and show no internet connection ...at that time the other apps which demand internet still run......thanks for it 🤗

You can't sign in/up on this device with your mobile data, it says 'an error occurred' everytime. You need a wi-fi connection to sign up. Update: You need a wi-fi connection everytime to use this application. It really sucks.

The app is good in terms of tests. Has ample amount of practice tests with some really really good questions. The video lecture are good for building strong concepts. I would recommended this app to every jee aspirant. Personally, I would also recommended what I used to do during my jee prep that is to use Ask IITians and toppr app simultaneously to get best results.

Liked this app and advised many Friends to use it but...... it isn't opening in my mobile The reason it gives that it has blocked my account due to overusage......so Contact us to use it again but it's not working and it is not reachable........ So sorry and fix It Soon or it will disgrace for u as My Exams are very near.... hope to Fix it soon....

Best app for students with video lectures , practise questions, which have no count. Infact, the concept of topicwise,chapterwise and unit wise test is really appreciable! I just have one problem,ie.,some questions are wrong. For example, I attempted 40 questions of Chemical Kinetics, out of which 3-4 questions were wrong. Besides that, great job people! Kudos to you!👏✌👍
