Latest update has made it a lot worse, it was bad enough before, with searches that did not find the right things, pages that kept jumping elsewhere, plus losing things you try to put into ones basket, on a regular basis. Now the searches are even worse, still have jumping pages, choices do not go into the basket so need to constantly keep checking the shopping basket contents, again and again. Now constantly being asked to sign in every few minutes, getting very frustrating,

If you are organised and know your full list, this app is absolutely brilliant, smooth, intuitive, very easy. If, however, you need to amend your order to add items not currently on your list (rather than increasing the number of items already on your list, or removing items) it is absolutely infuriating.

Checkout takes too long, hanging for ages then goes dead. Return to find checkout not complete. Checkout again and it goes through. And stop signing me out every time I leave the site! So annoying. Should have a "remember me" tickbox at least. September 2021 Have to delete app and reinstall weekly: hangs, won't update subs preferences, confirm order remains greyed out. Pita.

Glitching for a while. The search/magnifying glass keeps disappearing at the top so I can't search, which is very annoying when you want to look for specific items. Update: Not only is the above still an ongoing problem, but I can't even confirm any orders now which pretty much makes the app unusable! Update: I can't believe I STILL can't confirm order in app a few MONTHS later! Basically, I have to use website instead, so what's the point of using the app? STILL CANT CONFIRM ORDERS WEEKS LATER!

Rubbish beyond belief!!. It would be quicker go to the actual shop than use this app!. You can only refine 1 thing at a time. Then the favourite heart is so small, it keeps taking you to the item instead of favouriting it. Once you're on an item, you get sent right back to the beginning again!!!. You have to refine AGAIN. Scroll through 100s of things. AGAIN!. Scared to favourite incase I accidentally go to the item. Then you're back to the beginning AGAIN. Useless. Rubbish.

This app is an utter waste of time I order a weekly shop from here for a reason I live in the middle of nowhere, I order a weekly shop for a whole weeks worth of meals and this time I only receive 3 meals which has really messed us up for the other 4 because we can not get about as I don't drive, can't go anywhere else as they have no available slots otherwise I'd go elsewhere.

Totally unusable. Nothing works in this app. Try to add a product "Item is not available" for nearly everything I click on. Then why is it coming up if it's not available to buy?! Search function is completely useless and returns no results. Seriously, you have no bread at all? None? Unlikely. You have to return to the home page to start a new search after having searched for something as the search function inexplicably stops working. Unfit for purpose, may as well walk to the store myself.

Frustrating experience. Placed an order and I didn't receive the order, but in both App and Website it is showing as order delivered. When asked for refund every time they raise a new request and give new reference number but they won't process it. Arrogant customer service and no proper information on app and website. It takes 30mins to get a query answered in the call.

Absolutely hopeless. Been trying to login in for 3 weeks!!!! Uninstalled, cleared data and cache, nothing works!! So infuriating!! How on earth have the developers not been sacked!? Useless app and useless website! I sign in on the website and it signs me straight back out again! I wonder how much money you've lost....

Spent 2 hours shopping online, just for checkout to fail CONSTANTLY! Even deleted the app, tried again, nope. Sainsburys got themselves a new customer thanks to this app.
