After the last update the QR Code Scanner has stopped working. I would try to disintall it and reinstall, but I would probably lose my unused ticket and I'd have to re-enter my credit card details. I'm keeping on buy tickets from the bus driver at a 1.20 premium. Unacceptable. Edit: I reinstalled the app and everything is now working. The credit card information is still there but my tickets were not. I will contact you as suggested. I re-rated 4 stars because I appreciated your accountability.

The app is completely useless. Cannot help with the question: how much does a bus between Brescia and Riva del Garda cost and when/how often does it leave? The website managed by Arriva also does not have this functionality. Expected much better from DB.

They fix my problem and give back all the tickets that where missing. Four starts because of that bug. For the rest good response time although they don't work on weekends.

Unusable. Will not complete registration. As we have discovered already, a lot of things don't work properly in Italy. In any event, the function I was promised and for which I installed the app is not available in the menu.

Basically impossible to use, downloaded to go to Ponte Caffaro, not only the price is wrong but it does not work. The other app for the time is even worse. SHAME ON YOU DIE Bahn. I will make sure to not pay anything to you because you ruined the only way to reachy hometown

It just works but you need to know in advance the kind of ticket to get, at least for the bus.
