Easy to use. Shows a demonstration of exercise along with a description. There is also a link to a video as well. The app tracks your workout telling you the time and amount of calories burned and after each workout you can put your weight which can be logged as well. Workouts actually work you out and all a around is a user friendly app.


Amazing so far! I've been using this and the ab workout app and I can already feel the improvement. you know sore muscles mean you've been working them good and as long as you do what the app says, you're golden. Here's to actually doing our new years resolution for once!


since I'm super squirrel brained I get distracted easily while working out. especially since I hate doing it, but this keeps me on track and I actually accomplish the tasks in order. it's a good trainer, but the beginning work outs are very easy... so I usually tack on a few extra reps onto what it says to do.


So far a great app with simple and easy ro follow instructions. My only complaint is the ads. I'd rather pay the ap makers directly then have ads shoved in my face when im trying to workout.


I question some of these exercises. honestly the dumbbell leg pulls are dumb most people don't have that hipflexer flexibility. Its a pointless workout. Most of these exercises remind me of yoga.


Looks like a good guide for beginners. But the "beginner" level exercises are not for beginners. If I could do one push up with perfect form already I wouldn't need this app. This seems designed for people who are already beef cakes.


I am a woman, but I couldn't find the female version, so I used the male one, it is very similar. Only difference is background colour and pictures, maybe number of exercises too. Have no idea why they separated them, but I advise to male and female. Don't not download it just because it says male workout.


i think that is app gives me a workout pushing me to me limits and i like how you can set reminders also how you could put in your weight and height and shows your weight progress and you can update your weight and height. overall I think that this os a great app to help you start or get back into working out. :)


Just loved it. It works after the 5th day but till 4th day I feel exhausted. But what about my diet? can you tell me?


this apps really nice it keeps me working out and i love that it has a planner and it tells u the completed days im on day 3and already see a difference but i also do a 100 pushups after completing my day just to keep myself going


never crashes ads dont segway you off to other sites. really holds you accountable daily to get off your ass and do it lol. love this ap

Quite interesting. I'm on a 4 day streak, i can feel my body is being shaken and im expecting changes after 30 days.


Its a very motivational,user friendly app.Its the best app for building your arm muscles in a very short time,in home, without any equipments & for keeping yourself healthy...


pretty solid workout plan, sometimes I feel as if I can push alittle more so I extra workouts after completing these, but its definitely a great workout trainer for those who are looking for one


App makes the workout super convenient but even the beginner exercises are kind of advanced. If you are a true beginner I would recommend using something else until building the muscle to do these workouts.


great workout program. the only thing I would change would be having an option to swap out some exercises in favor of other ones.

Very Great app for beginners (like me) and intermediate and experienced arms, dies a lot of good and multiple exercises.


It pains in my shoulders but i will gain muscle mass for sure. Its effective nice app
