This is a fantastic app. I won't waste time describing all of its incredible features, there are plenty of other reviews here that present them, but IT DOES THE JOB!! And it does it great! I never had my arms so big, not even when I went to the gym (no joke!) and they grew so fast! I am warching my calorie intake, to lose weight, but even so, in not even 50 days, my arms became gigantic 😲

Guys it's a great app if you're not taking gym classes,but: Make sure you do them correctly and don't just depend on the animations and watch the videos cause if you do any of them wrongly you'd destroy the unhealable cartilage between joints and you won't be able to do any hard work for the rest of your life plus when doing pushups and you feel it real hard at some point stop it immediately before damaging your muscles "eccentric exercise won't build you muscles". I love all of their workout apps! I use them daily. They make it so easy that I have no excuse but to do them. Though I just started the arm workout app, I've gone through their Core workout one just at the beginner level and couldn't believe how solid and strong my core felt after. I went from struggling to do crunches and having a mushy belly to feeling ease as I do crunches and having actual strength and firmness in my abs. Can't wait to see where this app leads me!

Great but sad you cant delete your past accidental workouts. It would be nice when editing the graph that you didnt have to enter your height and weight, i couldn't understand why. Overall a great app, i am seeing results in 8 days with a little bit of weight lifting. Thankyou for creating the app it is making me feel not only stronger but also a better well-being.

Great app been doing this and another 2 from same company works out about 30-40mins excercises a day (part from rest days) have definitely noticed a difference and lost weight to, I feel physically stronger, have more convidence and feel much better about myself which is the ultimate goal. Excersices are fairly easy to do and the more u do them the better posture u get with them they can all be done indoors which is great to continue over the winter months.

Great app. Just do it. To all the whiney people out there who complain that they can't do 10 push-ups on the first day: GET OVER IT. There is no time limit for most exercises so spend as long as you need to do those 10 push-ups. To the other whiney people who complain about the full screen ads: GET A LIFE. They are at the beginning before you start. The small ads are only there during the break timer. Stop trying to find excuses. Just do it.

Makes me sweat in under 10 minutes! the voice coach is easy to follow and there are moving pictures that help you figure out the workout in case you never did them before. I just started, finished 3 days so far, but since it takes less than 10 minutes to complete a workout, I can see myself finishing the whole 30 days beginner and moving onto intermediate! Maybe I'll even hit expert 2 months from now.

GREAT! It tracks your weight and height from where you started and how many calories you burned during a workout and then has a big graph tracking your performance and how much you gained or lost from it. Also gives you step by step instructions on the workout and has a timer in between counting how long you worked out for! Would highly recommend!!

I am 62 years old, I have not been in good physical shape for at least 25 years. I have tried numerous workout apps and this one, by far, shows to be the best impact for muscle gain. I'm on day 6 and definitely feel it, I am doing the intermediate level. I will give further updates in the future. I do plan on staying with this program till the end... If there is an end, LOL

Perhaps the best workout app I've used thus far. Very informative, nice progress trackers, nice animations. I'm moderately active, been doing dance, martial arts, pilates, for a few years, plus lots of walking since I take the bus. I've been looking for a good arm program to condition bc I want stronger punches and bigger arms. 10 days in and I already notice a difference in tone from just 15-20 minutes a day. Not sure if it matters, but I'm a cisgender woman and I'm loving the growth

Good app, definitely can see changes but After sometime it get similar and repetitive. No option to skip a timer based exercise The notification DOESN'T WORK.

Used this app for 3 months. I did all the exercises which took a total of 3 months. I'm 15 years old and before this app I had small arms. Now my arms are way bigger and stronger. Before I couldn't even do 5 push-ups! But now I can do 10 clap push-ups and a bunch of more exercises I couldn't do! I definetly reccomned this app and I promise you will see progress!

This really helped me from my video game addiction and not paying attention to basketball and working out, but when I saw this app and really motivated me to try it. Not really an arm workout. More of an upper body workout program. Fine if that's your goal, but because of this it's not really suitable for use with other apps like a pushup challenge.

I started with the beginner 30 day program and I gained a whole kilogram of muscle which to most people wouldn't sound like much but that can take people up to a whole year just to gain 1 kilogram of muscle but due to poor diet I also gained 0.9 kilo of fat so I recommend eating on a slight caloric surplus and I had about 100 grams of protein per day which sounds hard to reach but have a protein drink high in protein and in sugar before the workout and you will definitely see results!!!

I have fibro, I'm saying this first so others will know that this is very doable. you do feel the workout, but it has not caused a flare. that said I'm only on my first week. But my arms are already feeling stronger. thanks for making a workout that works, st least for me.

Ok. Some exercises seem excessive based on when in program they are introduced. One youtube training video link had never worked since I started about a month ago. (On Day 21)

This app is good. Yes you have to suffer some adds at the end and beginning and I can't seem to pause it mid work out However. I'm feeling better at day 10 and loving the work out. no equipment needed and you can add to the numbers. Worth the download and sticking at it.

I'm currently onky three days in to this regime, but i love it! The exercises I'm not familiar with are easy to understand and replicate because of the descriptions and gifs. Ive had no problems with the running of the app or the design and interface. Overall, its brilliant!

Im 12 years old and this app is deff. one of the best workout apps out there.It does give you bigger and wider mussels which is what im wanting, it includes stretches to lossen up the mussels but there is one problem after like a week it lacks of trisep workouts which is kinda a big deal so when your done add a bit more tricep workouts to your plan to get your bigger and wider mussels.

Cool exercise app. However one downside is that the calories synced on google fit are waaaaay lower than they are indicated in the app. But maybe this is just Google fit bug.

I got this app a while ago, but I haven't used it till yesterday. I've done 2 workout session/days of this app and the 6 pack version, and I can already see improvement. I was already in good shape and very strong for my age, but this app is amazing.

i am using this app for 2 months. 2 months ago it was my 1st time ever working out. i'd say that 8 fiamond push ups, 12 pushups, and more exercises that are extremely difficult for someone who could barely do 5 push ups correctly were the first thing i met with. i may have improved, but i didnt injure nyself only cause i was lucky. this app can help improve, but it takes the steps forward too fast, and someone not so lucky could really hurt himself and not be able to continue those workouts

The app is great.People say it isn't cause it starts expecting you to do some push ups and people complain that is a huge problem considering that they can't even do 3 push ups.You should do the easy ones first you can search how to do them on youtube so you could build up enough muscles so you could start the normal training

although it doesn't really work on biceps these are genuine workouts. They sometimes hurt and they're somtimes brutal but so what? Just go at your own pace and you'll eventually get better. It's not hard

Good exercise application. There are some exercises which are confusing to perform (even after watching the yt video) like the star crawl and some are completely impossible for me like the doorway curls, given that my doorway has nothing to hold onto.

Very impressed w/this app. The rest period between exercises is perfect, but I like that you can add more time, & even skip the rest altogether. I like the fact that while you're basically doing the same exercises, it's a different routine each day. I really like the "rest" day. The routines have a gradual increase, that is quite manageable. The "coach" is great. It tells you a variety of things, such as: what muscles a particular exercise targets, how to modify an exercise if you can't quite do it, even how to intensify an exercise, if its easier for you, how you should be breathing. I also like the fact that when it gives you an exercise that has reps, there is no timer, you can go at your own pace. You can also pause the workout, if need be. Lastly, I like the fact that there are different levels of intensity. Sorry for the lengthy review, but I've been very happy w/this app.

It is the worst app for biceps exercises,it barely contain any bicep exercise,it only contain leg barbell curl for biceps which even hurts your legs after doing it for a long time ,it only contains tons of pushups and planks exercises which never build your biceps. Pushups only builds your triceps and chest not your doesn't build your biceps even if you take a good diet.

I love this app! I've never worked out before (except with weights) and all though I struggle with doing different movements normally, I manage with this app. If there is something I cannot figure out, I just do hand weights instead. 1 day away from finishing the 30 day beginner program. Just a bit nervous that I won't be able to keep up with the next level!

Good app but title is misleading. It says biceps workout but in truth it focuses on all the muscle groups of the arms instead of just biceps. Also as the other guy mentioned there is literally one biceps exercise and it isn't very effective.

I just loved it! Was looking for a consistent exercise schedule but I didnt know where to start. this app gives you a series of workouts that actually work to give your arms some shape. I immediately saw the difference after just one workout. Do not listen to the people who are critiquing. There is nothing to critisize about this app. It is simple and only takes a little bit of time out of your day. Everyone saying "it's too hard for beginners this app sucks" aren't men. If you wana build muscle, you have to stick through the course and dont stop at day 10 saying you aren't seeing any changes. Over time, you will slowly develop your muscles.
