I had no experience training before using this and found it perfect for easing myself in. Ads are non-intrusive, the incline of difficulty is well thought out and progression is clear. Would definitely of paid a couple quid for the pleasure of using this app. Check out their abs and planking apps too! Have just finished the 90 days and now onto dumbbells. 10/10

    Great app, easy to follow with helpful links to videos if you're not sure exactly how to do a particular exercise. Mixes it up each day and the tracking motivates you to keep it up. Started from the beginner and I am now half way through the advanced only having missed the odd day here and there (on top of the rest days) and honestly I feel great, I'm noticeably more toned, I've lost some weight where I wanted to, gained muscle where I needed, my core is stronger and it's also good for the mind

    I am 15 and have completed the advanced challenged and I must say it really works! But what I have seen is that it has mainly concentrated on triceps. My triceps have become some kinda like 5 times than it was before but there wasn't much change in biceps. Please try to improve the exercises that focus mainly on biceps. Overall it is the best workout application I have ever used and am glad to be a part of it!

    Really instructional, and will let u warm and cool down if u forgot to. There is also time in between for u to rest and u can even extend the rest time if u want. The workouts are not too difficult or easy and helps u to exercise. The workout don't take too long and is about 20 min.

    It works but you cant use the 20 second timer or wait to long otherwise it won't tell you how many workouts are left. So if you are using multiple workout apps to get a full workout you can't synchronize them

    First, its not biceps at all. It consists of 20 different push-up variations and one "leg biceps curl", which is inefficient, harmfull for knees and just sucks. Secondly, you dont need hundreds reps per day for muscle growth: it'd be better to do 3 exercises of 4x(45 sec under intense load + 3min rest) which is usually 4x12, than this bullcrap

    Very impressed w/this app. The rest period between exercises is perfect, but I like that you can add more time, & even skip the rest altogether. I like the fact that while you're basically doing the same exercises, it's a different routine each day. I really like the "rest" day. The routines have a gradual increase, that is quite manageable. The "coach" is great. It tells you a variety of things, such as: what muscles a particular exercise targets, how to modify an exercise if you can't quite do it, even how to intensify an exercise, if its easier for you, how you should be breathing. I also like the fact that when it gives you an exercise that has reps, there is no timer, you can go at your own pace. You can also pause the workout, if need be. Lastly, I like the fact that there are different levels of intensity. Sorry for the lengthy review, but I've been very happy w/this app.

    Just fantastic!!!been using it for only about 2 weeks and I honestly feel different... My daily routine is just so energized bcoz of this app and I feel like I have found purpose.. Lol! It only takes about 15 mins of your time daily.... Being a lazy guy.. I did feel some pain for the first 3 days.. And then that's it.. All those Basic workouts have become easy ....     What is happening in the app. It ate up my progression automatically. Yesterday I was on 20th day, and today when I open the it ask me to choose the plan again and all progression gone even though I hadn't logout.

    I love this app! I've never worked out before (except with weights) and all though I struggle with doing different movements normally, I manage with this app. If there is something I cannot figure out, I just do hand weights instead. 1 day away from finishing the 30 day beginner program.     I love this app. I finished the intermediate workout although I am a beginner, and it showed off. But the excercises are so well planned, that even that didn't matter.     I just loved it! Was looking for a consistent exercise schedule but I didnt know where to start. this app gives you a series of workouts that actually work to give your arms some shape. I immediately saw the difference after just one workout. Totally recommend. however, some ads pop up during the course. while some ads are relevant, some others are more irrelevant and inappropriate. other than that, enjoy!

    Makes me sweat in under 10 minutes! the voice coach is easy to follow and there are moving pictures that help you figure out the workout in case you never did them before. I just started, finished 3 days so far, but since it takes less than 10 minutes to complete a workout, I can see myself finishing the whole 30 days beginner and moving onto intermediate! Maybe I'll even hit expert 2 months from now.

    I think this app is great. I've been working out for about three years and at intermediate I am challenged. I might add though i still do some weights with this program as well. People complain doesn't work biceps...then add some in on your own. Also a few complained they can't do ten pushups. Well do what you can do and move on to the next exercise. Eventually you will get there. I love it

    Awesome. This app keeps me motivated and inspired to exercising. I just finished the begginer 30 days and I feel much more better. I have more energy, power and am in a great shape and condition. When I started working out, I barely did five pushups in a row. Thanks to this app, it isn't a problem for me anymore to do twenty of them as a warm up. So guys - stay motivated - you can do it! And you will do it - for the one in the mirror.

    GREAT! It tracks your weight and height from where you started and how many calories you burned during a workout and then has a big graph tracking your performance and how much you gained or lost from it. Also gives you step by step instructions on the workout and has a timer in between counting how long you worked out for! Would highly recommend!!

    This app is so genuine....😎 But instead of speaking half the time you need to pronounce less than half time or less than half remaining... for the satisfaction of mind while exercise...and can you give the update of mic we need to click one by one after completing exercises if you can give the mic facility we can speak from far "complete" or "done"....

I never had my arms so big, not even when I went to the gym (no joke!) and they grew so fast! I am warching my calorie intake, to lose weight, but even so, in not even 50 days, my arms became gigantic 😲

    The app works fantastically, but I found that one of the workouts that I was doing was too much for me to handle at the moment. I dropped down a category, and I wanted to reset the track that I couldn't do, but the only option I saw to delete data was to reset the entire app. If there was a way to untrack progress, I would give this a 5 star rating. Great app, needs a little work on the user interface.

    This is really effective! Some of the exercises were tough but definitely worth it! I couldn't imagine myself before flexing my biceps because I was really slim back then. I tried almost all of the vitamins to gain weight but didn't expect that app like this is what can help me with my problem. Kudos to the developers!     It's a great app the interface is very professional. Starts off easy and gets harder . But it takes alot of time to start showing improvement. Because the app gives you break times and gives you long breaks and relatively easy activities it takes time to see a visual difference . Either than that I think it's a great app for beginners .

    This app is okayish. I followed everything that they mentioned and i followed the whole regimen without missing a day, but i didnt find any improvement or changes. I completed the intermediate stage and couldnt track any changes in my arms after a month. I think its a waste of Time. You can give it a try though!

    Do not listen to the people who are critiquing. There is nothing to critisize about this app. It is simple and only takes a little bit of time out of your day. Everyone saying "it's too hard for beginners this app sucks" aren't men. If you wana build muscle, you have to stick through the course and dont stop at day 10 saying you aren't seeing any changes. Over time, you will slowly develop your muscles.

    Easy to use. Shows a demonstration of exercise along with a description. There is also a link to a video as well. The app tracks your workout telling you the time and amount of calories burned and after each workout you can put your weight which can be logged as well. Workouts actually work you out and all a around is a user friendly app.

    Changing to 3 stars because of the trash advanced level. I finished beginner and intermediate that I had no problem to do. However, Advanced level gives just crazy amount of different types of push ups which are unreal to do. In addition, I don't see that big changes in my arms; I have gotten results that can be reached with just regular push-ups.

    I've been using this app for about two weeks, I started at beginner, and have already seen major improvement. It would be five stars if it focussed more on biceps. My triceps, shoulders, and "wing muscles" have gotten way stronger but my biceps have seen almost no improvement. Also, for the first few days I was really struggling and the workouts seemed way to hard and I would frequently collapse, making the workout take way longer than it should.

    Great app. Just do it. To all the whiney people out there who complain that they can't do 10 push-ups on the first day: GET OVER IT. There is no time limit for most exercises so spend as long as you need to do those 10 push-ups. To the other whiney people who complain about the full screen ads: GET A LIFE. They are at the beginning before you start. The small ads are only there during the break timer. Stop trying to find excuses. Just do it.

    Love this App. you can have a good workout at home in under 15 minutes, increasing or decreasing the difficulty if needed. You don't need any equipment other than usual things in your home. Animated images show you how to do each exercise or you can click the YouTube video link to somebody actually doing it. You get instructions during the exercise telling you tips and advising what muscle areas you're working!!

    App works perfectly. I can't wait till the end of my training/workout plan. I'm already seeing results and feel amazing every morning. I'm very hyperactive and have always found it difficult to shut down for bed. Choosing the Intermediate level at 11 a.m. daily has made a great impact.     Great but sad you cant delete your past accidental workouts. It would be nice when editing the graph that you didnt have to enter your height and weight, i couldn't understand why. Overall a great app, i am seeing results in 8 days with a little bit of weight lifting. Thankyou for creating the app it is making me feel not only stronger but also a better well-being.

    Simple and effective The workouts are hard but escalate at an easy pace. If you look at the 30th day you think there's no way you can do it. But if you do all 30 days that last day is easier than the first. Really shows how strong you got. I recommend all this creator's workout apps since they all work the same. Only the workouts are different. It's free and I look better than I ever have. Easy 5 stars from me.

    I finished the beginner track and did not see any improvement. The only change was I can now feel and move my arm muscles but it did not grow that much. Because of that I got discourage in continuing. Several months later. I decided to continue on the intermediate. 3 days after the exercise I started to feel neck pain. Its almost like a stiff neck and it hurts when I do that arm circles and sometimes even push ups. The app is good tho. I just hope it can also motivate me

I'm on day 6 and definitely feel it, I am doing the intermediate level. I will give further updates in the future. I do plan on staying with this program till the end... If there is an end, LOL

    This is more than anyone can get in an app. It's packed with many exercises which really are effective. If you want strong arms then this app is essential. I tried it only for one day and had many body aches but it is essential to build the body. But one should do the exercises religiously. Many people discontinue because of body aches but remember nothing in the world is free. Aches is the price you pay for strong arms , however the app is free and you have plenty of time 😁.

    I love all of their workout apps! I use them daily. They make it so easy that I have no excuse but to do them. Though I just started the arm workout app, I've gone through their Core workout one just at the beginner level and couldn't believe how solid and strong my core felt after. I went from struggling to do crunches and having a mushy belly to feeling ease as I do crunches and having actual strength and firmness in my abs. Can't wait to see where this app leads me!

    Perhaps the best workout app I've used thus far. Very informative, nice progress trackers, nice animations. I'm moderately active, been doing dance, martial arts, pilates, for a few years, plus lots of walking since I take the bus. I've been looking for a good arm program to condition bc I want stronger punches and bigger arms. 10 days in and I already notice a difference in tone from just 15-20 minutes a day. Not sure if it matters, but I'm a cisgender woman and I'm loving the growth

    This app is truly amazing, at first I thought it was fake, but then I saw the comments, so I tried it out. For a few exercises, like the tricep dip my shoulder was hurting then the lady told me to put my shoulders in more, that's when I knew it was real. After 12 days I can say I do see results, now my skinny arms have become bigger and more defined.

    I am a woman, but I couldn't find the female version, so I used the male one, it is very similar. Only difference is background colour and pictures, maybe number of exercises too. Have no idea why they separated them, but I advise to male and female. Don't not download it just because it says male workout.

    Great app been doing this and another 2 from same company works out about 30-40mins excercises a day (part from rest days) have definitely noticed a difference and lost weight to, I feel physically stronger, have more convidence and feel much better about myself which is the ultimate goal. Excersices are fairly easy to do and the more u do them the better posture u get with them they can all be done indoors which is great to continue over the winter months.

    Fantastic. I started the program 3 times, and the the 3rd time I managed to go through the whole 3 programs. Just finished the 90 days workouts. I started with the easiest program even if it was easy for me. The best progr is the one you can stick to. The app is fantastic. Still the diet says its major word.

    Pretty good app, but not rhythm friendly, the Russian twists are stupidly fast. Anything that is to do with amounts instead of time should involve an manual switch. I tried to catch up with the voice and just stressed me out. My REAL trainer just counts with me not against me. Maybe take a note out of the "30day abs app" book

    I'm only 12 but I love to workout. started this app doesn't think I would like it at all. The next month I started to love this app more. A nother good app it the six pack 30 days I do both every day it takes around 45 minute. If you have even 10 to 15 minute you might be able to do this. If you are doing it good job don't give up it is a long hard time but you can do it. If you do this ha e this or the six pack 30 days you should get 1 of them or even both the are a great addition to your day. I believe any one of you can do it😁

    Easy workout to do, but they have 3 steps of workouts to build properly. I'm just beginning, so when I'm done I'll re-rate the app when I'm done. But I've done a lot of working out. Between weight training, and two a days for football. This app puts the muscle building burn feel, at the same time they are easy to do workouts.

    Good app, but the calories burned "meter" is wildly innacurate. I did an early day of the first 30 day plan. I completed it in about 8 minutes, as I don't utilize the breaks much. It said I burned over a hundred calories. Yesterday it was even worse. I did a similar routine and it said I burned over 200 calories. The calories burned count should be revamped.

    I see a lot of people complaining about this app being useless because they're not being able to do 10 pushups. When I started I couldn't do 3. Within a month I could do 25. You're supposed to push through it. By the end of day one I could barely move my arms. Working out isn't meant to be easy. And to all the people saying you need weights to get muscular, there's literally thousands of examples of people getting muscular from bodyweight exclusively.

    I've noticed that the app makes you workout for 3 days in a row and also focuses on the same muscle groups pretty much for example push ups for all 3 days. The app also has a lot of good exercises to put to use however working out those muscle groups 3 days in a row leaves very little rest time and from what I have read could be puting you back in gain. I think this app would be better if it changed the rest days for beginner's and all other levels. And the ability to adjust the rest period.

    The app, like the rest of the series, works like an absolute charm... But the exercises are absurd for a beginner! As someone who has even went to gym and lift weights daily, I struggle to even get further than 40% on the first day of the lowest level... It expects you to have too much experience from the get-go. Disappointing, but am definitely looking forward to using it once I have decent arm muscles already.

    since I'm super squirrel brained I get distracted easily while working out. especially since I hate doing it, but this keeps me on track and I actually accomplish the tasks in order. it's a good trainer, but the beginning work outs are very easy... so I usually tack on a few extra reps onto what it says to do.

    Its a good app but i feel like it works you to death. After my first month it was telling me to do 8 diamond push ups twice which I couldnt even do one and it only got harder from there. Its gotten to a point where i cant do the excersises at all so I have no choice but to try a different app. (for people who dont know how hard diamond push ups are I can do about 30 push ups without issue but a single diamond push up makes me feel like my arms are actually going to snap)

    Only started day 1 on intermediate and can already see some growth in my biceps. A tiny margin though. I'm 13 and 4'9 and decently skinny (you can just see my ribs) so I wanted to buff up a bit and get stronger. I've also started on the ab one on intermediate and am feeling happier and stronger. I'm only giving 3 stars now because I've only just started.

Now I have almost intermidiate muscle.But i did not give it 5 stars because this app should have some training plans like triceps, shoulder,biceps, chest and back.also an everyday meal plan. also an option to create my training. however its a great arm workout app.💪
