    arm workout biceps exercise I've been using this app for about two weeks, I started at beginner, and have already seen major improvement. It would be five stars if it focussed more on biceps. My triceps, shoulders, and "wing muscles" have gotten way stronger but my biceps have seen almost no improvement. Also, for the first few days I was really struggling and the workouts seemed way to hard and I would frequently collapse, making the workout take way longer than it should.

    The app is good but some of days workouts they are giving a lot of pushups which is impossible for the beginners plz solve the problem The have gave total 22 pushups,18 wide arms pushups,22 inclined pushups and 22 wall pushups Total= 68 pushups per day
