Would give zero stars if I could. The app consistently states 30 minutes and never changes, says no drivers in area despite 6 or 7 cars showing on the map, and doesn't update when the driver turns up (eventually). Also the call centre staff lie when you ring, claiming a 'new app' was released a few weeks ago, which is utter nonsense. I will be removing my details and happily paying the uber surcharge to actually get a taxi now.

Ordered a taxi for 45 minutes in to the future. Turned up bang on time, great stuff! The app needs fine tuning with some better feedback in the "pre-booking" phase. I was never quite sure that I'd actually booked a taxi... Until it was very close and on time!!

Dont rely on the times the app gives you for your ETA as 90% of the time they are nowhere near being correct. Keep an eye on your active bookings as drivers can cancel them in favour of another job and you get no notification of this. And multiple times calling and speaking to an operator being told that my driver is only 5 minutes away only for them to arrive over an hour after pickup. They have lost me as a customer due to repeated bad service.

Since downloading this app, it's been brilliant to order a taxi, and to also watch your taxi make its way to your address, and also you can watch it make its way to ur destination if a friend or family are on way home. You know they've arrived safely and also its so stress free as you don't need to speak to an operator you can store your main drop offs and just click on one to order your taxi. Highly recommend anyone to download the app and see for yourself how easy and helpful the app is.

Terrible ui and the worst is that even if you prebook. It won't line up a pick up for the time you asked for. It will only notify the driver at that specific time that there is a fair to pick up. Tried making a prebooking by calling a few days later and the exact same thing happened. Wont be using this company again.

The majority of the taxi drivers are friendly and helpful, however, the option to prebook is mostly useless. 70% of the time, your taxi will turn up 20 minutes after the time you prebook it for. The rest of the time, it turns up 10 minutes early when you aren't ready. If you don't prebook, the usual waiting time for a driver is between 20-30 minutes.

Disappointing. On multiple occasions I have prebooked a time for collection with the drivers being 20-30 minutes late. Probably later if we hadn't called call up to ask where they are. There's also the problem with the drivers not knowing where to go and asking for directions. In todays modern society of sat navs, customers should not be made to give directions. Best to look for a different taxi company because we certainly are.

Great app. The only issue is when you want a cab from a new address, it doesn't seem to like it when you alter the house number from where it thinks you are to where you actually are. But saying that, It's only a minor issue.

Useless app. Card payment never works. And I have tried every way to make it work. It happens every time without fail and I was using this app before then and it was working pretty good for me until this glitch.
