Frequently looses the login session, forces you to relogin AND go through a recaptcha (absurd in a mobile app, this is not a generic web browser) only to either crash and exit the app OR give a generic "there was a problem, please try later".... Sometimes it works! Wow What a poor app, this could be a WHOLE lot better guys

Seems like a web wrap. "Por favor aguarde" for 5 minutes right after first installation. Better uninstall and use the web! Edit: If you're asking me to "delete data" right after the first install from PlayStore, you really have no clue - sorry!

I cannot see my phone in the app anymore, for some reason it disappeared. Tried reinstalling, nothing. How am I supposed to manage my account and phone? See data? Of course if I contact by the app no one ever replies to me, and I cannot call since I don't speak Portuguese. Just switch companies and find one that works I suppose.

No english version and you can't pay through the app..so what's the point of this app? Completely useless! Will change to Vodafone soon.

An application that simply wraps a website. For that I can use a browser instead. I suggest to create a native application as your competitors do an do it well.

Years are passing and not English version of app. In current modern world that's means lack of professional service or just showing how much you don't have any respect non Portuguese speaking customers. its 2019 and we are living in era of globalsatuon.
