Absolutely terrible experience. Their service used to be good but it went downhill real fast. I got no option to choose delivery time and the live tracking is far from being live. The courier arrived at an inconvenient time since I had no options to choose from, and I was forced to stay at the same place waiting for my package to be delivered.

so disappointed courier that I've encounter , the company that ordered says it will took 2 to 5 days for my item but it takes 7 days and now its already 8 days since i order my item the costumer support where i order says its on ship already . and this courier were always asking to re-schedule the delivery of my item. so disappointed that item was very important but now its useless. please do an action with it. we prefer to use deliveries cause its easy and fast but it isn't.

My app has stopped working. I have 2 packages stuck at a branch 3 hours from my address, without my permission. Now my app shows no packages 😒. Aramex has always been my best courier but for the past 2 weeks they've been no help at all. Very disappointed.

The App is a good representation of the service you get. It is now 5 times I ask them to support but all you get are automated messages or poorly trained agents who copy paste a message without reading nor understanding your issue. The level service is abysmal.

Horrible UI, even worse communication on the whereabouts of ordered packages and customs clearance. As it stands, according to Amazon, I've a package that has been in my country (around 40 miles away, no less) that still hasn't completed "customs clearance" on Aramex's side. It has been 2 weeks now. I'm bitterly disappointed.

It's a great app, and allows me to track and manage my shipments without having to get onto my laptop. Payment gateway Integration is very good. The only thing missing is a way to communicate with a human being if advanced support is required.

Apps are meant to simplify and be convenient. Since going digital, I've experienced the most delays in deliveries. Also, waybill tracking is delayed when 3rd parties are involved. When it was manual, it wasn't! So pretty useless app, personally.

No stars. Very bad app. It blocks you even if you put the location address in. And you pay for the bag and have to pay again for the pickup or delivery. Aramex used to be great. Not anymore

The app doesn't update an hour before close of business to state that the package won't be delivered even when the package is marked priority. The app only updates after close of business were you can't communicate with anyone. Having to reschedule things to be available for the delivery and not get it while the app said you will it is an inconvenience.
