    Fantastic app BUT love how easy and friendly the app is, my only negative is some shipments were collected by myself few months ago but the app still shows as on the way. This confuses the user of the app with new shipments, specially if the user orders heavily. please fix this, or add a button so the user manually tics the shipment as received if not done by the system. thank you

    The app requires logging in with mobile number. But whenever I enter my number, it shows that the number is invalid. I checked the country code, that's alright. In fact, I checked if it happens with some other number too.... But it doesn't. I don't know what enmity it has with my contact number. Their website is also having the same problem.

    Poor show courier. Was home but delivery failed, claiming condo intercom did not work. Called up their helpline but they cannot pinpoint where my parcels are located. The worst tracking & courier service I had ever experienced. Getting your parcels is like a 'Cat & Mouse' game! Totally disappointed! Lame company.

    Not even a star some shady management that would not do anything to help .. its just a loop of you calling and them telling you to wait and schedule a new delivery date again and again. The APP isn't THE ONLY ISSUE ITS JUST POOR SERVICE IN GENERAL ..** its embarrassing that ebay can tell me where my shipment is exactly even when they're not responsible anymore so shameful ** IM SORRY IF YOU HAD TO USE ARAMEX EVER.

    -the delivery information is almost never accurate -there's no option to schedule the delivery at a specific time frame like DHL -there's no information about the driver and when u click on the phone icon to call them it doesn't give u any phone # -the drivers are usually very rude and argue alot, not very good communication skills and don't take your requests into consideration. I'm very disappointed but I don't have another choice, this would never be my 1st anyway.

    Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the app. All shipments associated with my phone number were already there and ready to be tracked. The interface is nice with list and map views of the packages. It was possible to request delivery and update Aramex with information as needed. Good job!

    Amazing so far, since i started using the aramex app from google play its really very beneficial, with app when package out for delivery than you will be able to contact the delivery associate and apart of this until now all of the aramex associates are very nice n co operative specially mr. nisar ahmed, mr. mehtab and mr. salem. all of them are very well trained for how to deal with situation n customer queries. ty aramex for all the amazing experiences until now, best of luck to all.

    Can't find my items anywhere. First I am given an incorrect tracking number, after obtaining the correct one, it shows it is, somewhere, totally unclear. And now it says I have no shipment what so ever. Well that's comforting because I haven't received it yet. The Australia Post App is 1000% better.

    There problem is not software related. They offer poor service!!! I had to update my address 3 times via phone, WhatsApp and I still receive calls from there drivers saying: your address is not in my district and asking for directions via phone, though I shared my location several times already!!! The worst part is the appointments (expect driver 8 am to 8 pm and yet, may send a message to cancel after 8 pm) shipment with same city takes two weeks because of this, why would any use them?!

    The App works well in regards to keeping up the status. just the map and the movement of the vehicle is confusing. it is not live or updating up to the current space. the location still show Johannesburg or Sandton while my package has already gotten to Eastern Cape. so that is the only slight concern that can be upgraded. the rest was very satisfying.

We order online because we cant move distances why can't you deliver according to addresses we give you and send pickups messages????     Service is not good after giving all the relevant documents with the parcel they keep parcel on hold for 3-4 days. This happen twice and after calling customer care and sending all documents again on mail also so much delay at the origins.

    The service is so poor and not punctual in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. There is no proper customer care service in any office . I tried to contact to the office is in Jubail but the number which is in their site is invalid. And the delivery drivers ate updating the customer is not available with out even visiting the location .

    There is alot of redundant information that needs to be filled. In the "my account" button, when you click in the email address and my cards, it will ask your email address and password. But when you fill in the information nothing happens, it does not say password confirmed or if it is wrong. It also keeps asking me how and where to deliver, but I have already filled in these information many times, maybe 8 times.

    I live in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Loads of error messages that the app developer needs fixing. 1. Addresses: Please select a delivery address within your own country. I tried typing my address manually but won't allow to save. 2. Office Address: Can't find a way there by google map. This is because the map pin is located within the Atlantic Ocean. 3. Pickup Address: Same error message as no. 1 My rating is not based on the services provided by the company but by the app usability.

    Does not auto add any packages. Actually I can't even add any valid tracking numbers manually that track OK on your Australian website (error = no results found)! Can't add address (error = please set Address within your own country). Fields and layout to manually enter address are quite alarming, especially for a courier (Building = Street number?? Floor is mandatory? Postcode not mandatory? No city or suburb entries???). Waste of time and I have no way to easily track any Fastway Aus packages.

    I don't have problem with Aramex until recently that it took so long to deliver my parcel. They brought the parcel in wrong branch. Please check the address properly to avoid too much delay. I still accept the parcel even if it's too late after so much follow up.

    Your shipping company has very unresponsive customer service, slow shipments, and a tracking service that hasn't provided new information in almost 4 days. I haven't received my package yet, and the last information shown on your website was that it left the country of origin 3 days ago. Moreover, your app is disgustingly buggy and a hassle to use. I can't even sign in using my mobile number.

    Literally the worst courier service. I amnchasing customer service for 4 days now!! No update. There is no way to get inntouch with a customer service agent , just mind numbing automated messages that helps no one. Meanwhile my courier packaging is lying in limbo somewherre with Aramex clutching on to it without releasing to it to end customer. I dont know what you guys are upto but you are definitely a sad excuse for a courier service!

    Absolutely poor customer service, I am sure people who have to reach aramex customer service regarding any delayed shipment knows how hard it is... A document which was supposed to deliver on feb 10th still not deliverd and aramex customer support coudnt track it.. No option to escalate customer concern. @reply: Email was sent earlier ..     Shows a package in transit for 48 hours to an address which has been deleted already before the package was sent. No way to call customer service and therefore delivery late as usual Don't know why they ask for preferred times

    Aramex are like boomers with tech; obsolete and unaware. Their WhatsApp bot offered delivery dates of 21 and 22 March for two shipments. Two days AFTER the expected delivery dates for both, I receive a notification that my packages are out for delivery. Why ask for delivery date and time slots if they won't be followed? The bot asks the same questions multiple times. The contact center is 100% automated and you can't speak to a human. Yeesh. And, I used to think Aramex was a good company.

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Aramex are a fraud. So far I've had four packages sent to me (1 of which was 15km away) and after more than a month, none have arrived. Either the company is too incompetent to deliver or, the courier is stealing the packages. If you buy online, i strongly recommend adding a comment asking to avoid using Aramex/Fastway.

    Buggy. I keep getting notifications that something is being delivered, but they're old orders that were delivered up to and including a year ago. The notifications are constant and annoying since they're not accurate. I've had 6 in the past minute! As well, it shows orders that were sent out by me as not delivered even though they were a long time ago. Live tracking doesn't work either. The delivery crew showed up early, while the app still had them 90 minutes away at their warehouse.

    Worst App ever! I have installed it while in South Africa. I have now installed it in Ireland. Different email addresses. Different addresses. Nothing is accepted. Errors all the way. No clear guidance on what the error is or where I'm going wrong. When I change password, field headings are in a language with a different alphabet.

    It looked promising at first. But when I tried to schedule a pickup from my home in Bangalore to an address in Pune, it went through several stages, but when it came to specifying the contents of the parcel, after I had entered the details it requested, it's threw up a message saying there was an error without specifying what the actual error was. So, is unusable for me now.

    There's a problem with the map system used in the app. Though I've located my house in the map correctly, but the system wrongly identifies the location of my house to be in a different city. So my package are always taken by Aramex to Barka instead of Muscat. Also, according to my experience, Aramex in Oman has poor customer services. Customer support requests made online and phones calls are never answered. Even with the automated answering service, the customer never gets anywhere.

    Its a worst shipping company I've ever deal with .. they do want to pay you in advance so that there is no way you could cancel your package . The they will not deliver your package at the time given . Also they will tell you that your not being responsive when they try to reach you. But the truth is you answer all they calls and chats. What a waste of time making a deal with this company. I will never recomend such shipping company like this.

    Poor customer service. Late response. Tried to pay my shipment using this app. My credit card got charged but Aramex shows my payment was unsuccessful. I was unable to contact the Aramex payment customer service using phone. Instead I emailed but the response was so slow. Extremely poor service. Definitely not worth recommending this app.

    All shipments are not ready for scheduling. It doesn't matter if I changed the primary address, the courier always comes to the address mentioned on the package. Refreshing tracking details isn't possible, I have to restart the app. Delivered shipments get network updates and its reset again to in transit which is annoying.

    Not really a service provider with business minds. Booked a shipment via this app, and amount to pay was showed, during payment , the screen went off, but amount deducted from my bank, but no shipment booked was shown in the app nor from browser.After some calling to their cs,was replied that the amount should be more than what was indicated. Had to do a round the globe findings to get back the money deducted. No choice was left but only end up to do a manual bkg and pay the difference.😒

    Their Shop&Ship service is a scam. After they get you to pay the annual $119 for their premium Flex service, they will start delaying your shipments or never deliver them, and then they will stonewall you with scripted customer service responses and ignored escalation emails. I've been waiting for my last shipment since December 12th. Worst service ever. I'm canceling my subscription and deleting my account after this. There are far better (and cheaper) services to subscribe to.

    Cant register from mobile number. When i opened the app and put my number, i received an otp but i couldn't enter it into the designated area. I closed the app and restated , but now i am not receiving any otp and on submitting my mobile, i received "some error occurred try again later"

    Disgusting service by Aramex,please don't fool people by giving wrong advertisements. My Aramex account no us 141044, My shipment from India to Qatar is still stuck with customs since more than 15days. It has homeopathic medicines of my patient. As it was prepaid shipment, even though all the proper documentation was provided it is still stuck and Moreover, Aramex people are not at all responsible to my emails. Please dont go to sny positive reviews on aramex site as all those are paid review

    Dear Aramex, Your Application need instant update regarding the duty charges paid through application. Duty charges paid through application is not updating instantly and updated with the third party delivery guys so we need to pay again COD & Run behind Aramex for refund where it Will be refunded after so many follow ups daily for about month.Better to pay after getting the package on hand.Apart from this no issues with tracking,delivery,lowest rate in international import, original duty bills.

    Very very bad experience with this i have passport with them last 6 days not deliver. Customer service very slow. I emailed complain no reply and on fb page they reply after 3 hours i spend already one day on communication. Very slow working.

    There has definitely been an change in this application over the last 48 hours. Now I can't log in. For the past hour it has been saying 'error please try again later'. What the hell Aramex?!? Service in general has become more and more shoddy over the last 6 months. All of a sudden my packages from N.Y. comes via Dubai, then Bahrain and finally to KSA. Really? It always came direct. I've asked why about 10 times and I am still not closer to an answer. I really can't see myself going through this drama any longer. Service suck, app suck. I'll move my business to another company that is more respectful of me as a consumer.

    The most horrible service in the world they have no customer support and they are not even bothering to answer even that they supposed to answer after 48h max..they just put me in hold for 30 days without answers until I contacted Amazon. Any way make sure you don't use their services.. Haha and now they want to "fix" my experience and to send them mail that they will never answer.. that's is how horrible they are.
