I purchased this app about 3 years ago and everything was working fine until last month when I needed to use an app it tells me that I need to upgrade to premium version (I paid for it already). Now it only offers $3.99 per month or $19.99 for the entire year. and I can’t use the app without making the choice to go premium. I feel cheated!!!

Was a 5 star app until my purchase from about 2 years ago became irrelivent and i now need a monthly subscription to continue with the premium version. So i paid the $6 or whatever it was 2 years ago and now im back to using the free version. Pathetic. Just to respond to the devs response to a guy below me with the same issue, no we dont still have full access. I can now only store 5 files at a time. Just like when i had the free version.

I really like this app.. And some of the upgrades.... But since the upgrade I cannot locate my files on my phone. I back things up to my PC and the tiny scan folders that I find are empty.??? I used to find them no problem now, nothing. I have to individually email each file to myself to back them up. NOT GOOD!!!

Major downgrade after update It is confusing and difficult to send a batch of documents in legal format. Before the update, no problem, now, though I have the default format set to legal, all my scans come out as standard letter size. And, I can no longer crop the batch documents. So, the only thing that I use this app for no longer works. Any suggestions? Thanks, I figured it out but changing the app kind of throws a wrench into the gears...maybe I missed the update log with instructions.

I've used this app for years on multiple phones. In fact I used it last week to scan and email a doc. Suddenly, you must purchase a premium package to use. I don't mind watching an ad or two but I'm good when there are 20 other FREE apps that do the same function and more....greed

5 stars until recently. I have had this app for a few years to seperate my phone photo files. My phone updated the app a few weeks ago, but I did not immediately check the app. I went for an important file today, and they are all gone. Everything is missing. Luckily, I backed the most important files through my email. However, now I have to hunt for my physical copies to restart my digital files. It will not be restarted on this app.

This app I use to send my paperwork and that's how I get payed. I wouldn't even think of using another app. This tiny scanner is a God send. Perfect pictures every time. I have been driving semi 25 years any this app is the best scanner known to man. Please believe me it's the best, I would never say any good about something that's not the best out here. I have had this ap for years. The ads didn't bother me. Now they won't let you use the ap at all without paying. What a shame. Guess I'll have to remove and download another. Sad though becaused I had loved this one.

I was told about this app by a friend and I must say I am very pleased. It took me a little bit of time to figure out what to do after taking a picture of my doc, but once I did it was a piece of cake. I would suggest you make the icons a bit more intuitive or provide some instructions. I'm the first to admit, I may have overlook instructions if there are some so you might want to display any user help inform more prominently. Thank you.

Easy to use Adding more comments 9/2021: I've been using Tiny Scanner since 2018 and I've switched phones several times and it is very easy to pick up where you left off. And with ongoing updates it's still just that easy to use. This is my go to for scanning my documents on the go....thanks Tiny Scanner
