It has been more than 10 days since the app has updated but the chat feature is still not working. The chat page constantly shows that "we are working on upgrading the chat experience". Why have you shut it totally? Restart the old version of chat and whenever you finish upgrading provide the new version. How can a feature be removed for so long?

Edit (2021): The recent update has made the app even worse! The icons are so jarring and distracting and you can't find any information conveniently. if the names or details are long, you can't see the end or click on them. Worst "update" ever! I will be more than happy to have a chat with the team to go through all the features one at a time... The app is very cluttered and difficult to navigate. Lots of duplicity under various tabs.

Previous version was keeping the last preferred option in memory, and when the app is opened that option was appearing first. Now every time the app is opened we have to select the preferred option wasting time. 2.When we exist "YES / NO" Option is unnecessary. It should be removed immediately as it is waste of time. 3.There is no OPTION to delete stale Notifications.

Absolute waste of time. Designed by amateurs with no idea about user interface.. supported by even more clueless prople. full of ads on main page. No way to customize. Takes ages to find old stuff . Groups ruined. No way to share issues with whole community. Voting violates byelaws. Emails generation is unreliable for notices.... lots more....

Your recent update sucks big time. Half of the features not there at all and the working features are real slow to load. Chat options was perfectly working earlier, now it is showing 'Coming soon'. My question is, why you guys are forcing to update the app if it is not completely functional yet? Just to show more ads???!

Funny story: My building raised maintenance bill for me. While making the payment, I intended to pay with UPI but accidentally clicked credit card. Now in such a case, someone would normally click the back button to cancel the transaction and retry. But we have this innovative app, which has updated the due amount to zero. Now I have to wait till their 'verification' is complete. Seriously!!!!! Well done developers!!

Updated version look & feel is very cluttered. No ease of navigation between various topics of discussion. Please revert back to old format. Thanks The new 'updated' version (October 2021) is even more cluttered, jarring & non-user friendly than the previous version. AC's updation seems to beat the basic requirement of keeping an app simple, with easy user interface. No search option for topics in notices or community posts. Again, thanks for making our app life difficult!

Pathetic since the latest update. Our apartment use this app for the last few years. Most the time it worked ok but since the last update, this becomes a jerk. Crashing for no reason, removed features, pathetic UI design as if it came from a 12 year old with so much colors.

Its OK not bad not good You people only consentrated on marketing stuff ads and other things. Main point which i suggest many time. If you provide Android app then for admin person why expenses entry options not allowing ? Even in statement also balance amount not show how Treasure see the details they need always handy pan and paper to calculate ? What is your guys developer don't have that much sence.

An upgrade is developed in a hurry and no brainer. Why do you release an upgrade when the chat service is missing which was there in the older version. Wasn't a proper testing done?
