Crashes multiple times a day, tons of errors, super dooper slow, severely raises company labor costs, and more buggy than Windows Vista on a Macbook Pro. Sorry, if I came off rude, as I'm only speaking facts. Hopefully the app developer will begin to fix these issues since more and more people are leaving factual (negative) feedback. Thanks.

It is amazing that this app has that high a review score. This thing crashes multiple times a day. It is clunky to navigate through and takes a simple task and makes harder to accomplish. I really wish my company would go back to the software we were using before. It would cut my use time half because the UI on the old app was much better. I know that it did not do as many things as this app, but I'm sure the software vendor would have added them for less than they paid for this piece of s"*t!

This was a great app before the last release. Now that we have the ability to print from the application the sky is the limit on the work that can be completed by remote employee's!!!
