Helpful to calm beathing and focus when I'm having an anxiety attack. It's what I was looking for, but I wish there was a way to customize it a bit. Certain colors don't calm, but instead induce more panic (red, orange) and I wish I could avoid those. Also, bring able to choose from a couple background sounds would be a nice perk. I really like how it opens immediately and launches straight into the program without any prompts, though. That's exactly what I needed.

Seems pretty good but I'd like to recommend changing the colour of the background from red to literally any other colour. Bright red doesn't really give that chill vibe. Maybe even do a couple of backgrounds to chose from; plain colours as well as forest or sea images.

My bffl was having problems and it gave me a mini panic attack this only helped a bit and I recommend you make it so you can make a custom reason or make choices for your panic attack and how you should breath cause I have asthma and the deep breaths are hard to hold in because of my lungs

I literally JUST had a panic attack and this app got me through it soooooo well! Thank you so much for making this app and also thanks for not having ads. I know you can't die from panic attacks but it sure does feel like it, and this app did an amazing job on helping me with me breathing! I don't know what else to say! If anyone is looking for a good app to help you through your panic attacks, this is the app! Again, thanks so much for this app! You're an amazing human being for making this app

I'd like a longer or different one. i think a few more selections make it easy to know which exercise to use for the proper moment. each attack is different at times. it started to work but the short length for me was the only downfall. i will keep it and see how it progresses.

I just used this app for the first time and it's absolutely fantastic! I have anxiety and am trying to work on my breathing. My son and daughter have Aspergers syndrome and I am going to suggest it for them too. Because it's so visual...I feel positive that it will work to calm them too. Thank you so much.

It definitely makes an anxiety attack not as severe. I wish there was more than just breathing exercises, like maybe some progressive muscle relaxation or something like that, but the calming music is really helpful. Its helped me be able to practice breathing techniques without the app.

Works pretry good so far. I use it when I start to get an anxious feeling or start to overthink or worry and it helps me calm down before anything happens. Only thing is the breathing exercises are basically the same for every option you choose, but other than that nice app

I like that it immediately starts with deep breathing. It would be nice if there was a Feeling Better status between Normal and Happy. At first I missed voal prompts but now prefer the audio cues. It is a useful and helpful tool when one is in public or unfamiliar places.

I really enjoy this app. It's simple and works well for my anxiety. My only suggestions would be to add a tracking system and to have a widget to open the app.
