Same as all the 1 star, cannot login with DigID. That is, I can perfectly complete the login process into the DigID app, and back to the anderzorg app, but then I get the "Er is iets fout gegaan". I tried uninstalling and installing. Yes I tried turning the device off and on before reinstalling.

This app and the Mensiz app have the exact same problem I sugget you write some end-to-end / integration tests and Fix your software before you deploy to production! So many people have the same issue and you keep telling them to call you. and giving them generic answers. No one likes to call and you know that 🙄 It's the same problem for all people. All the time wasted calling you. Better that you get an android phone... Install the app your self and try it your self and see for your self. 🤔

This app is a joke. I used to be unable to log in via the app since it gave me an error message when logging in via DigID. While that was bad and unacceptable, they managed to reach a new low as the app now even crashes while loading upon start-up. Oh, and the MijnAnderzorg online also doesn't let me log in with DigID so I can actually not use my insurance company at all. If you have time at some point, maybe give some consideration to fix the issues.

Can't login, horrible app. Keeps saying "something wrong try later" do not download, waste of time There is now point to explain this problem. Cause you can read in all the reviews, it's a well known problem. Just take your responsibility and solve the problem. Bad it department

After the update requiring digid login, I can't login anymore. It keeps showing "something went wrong, try again" after I do my digid authentication. Edit: I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app again, as suggested, but still have the same issue.

Used to work properly, but can't login with the options given. With the DigiD app or SMS I constantly get the error, "something went wrong, please retry". Have reinstalled the app a couple of times now, but it is just not doing as promised.

faulty app. at times errors by simply logging in. the few times I actually needed to present the insurance app, I couldn't even log in. if you are replacing the physical card and make everything dependant on app, then make sure it's bullet proof.

Can't log in with digid No, chrome does not work. Maybe instead of asking everyone to call support you can hire someone to fix the app?
