Was working okay before - at least I was able to move funds into my bank account and it would clear within 3 days or so. That was many months ago. Now it won't let me do anything and when I try to contact support, the link just says "unauthorized." They have left so many people hanging with no questions answered, their funds stuck and no way to move your crypto to another wallet.

I have money literally trapped in this app because any attempts to transfer funds to my bank are met with errors. I've been contacting support for over a month now and nothing has been done. Stay far away unless you want to be robbed. It's VERY easy to add money to your Anchor account but that's where it'll apparently stay.

Update: they need a new banking partner or something. One of my bank transfers has been pending for over 2 months now, they won't let you xfer crypto until all transfers complete. I've had the cash in there the whole time. Support doesn't seem to be doing anything to push this along

Has everything I need and good selection of cryptos. Prices/fees are lower or on par with other platforms. Moving cash takes a while but not an issue, since you can trade right away. Prices dont load the fastest, so not always current, but limit orders go through nicely. Transferring/withdrawal to wallet is glitchy, hit or miss, some transactions go smooth, while others doesn't allow to move complete balance.

Some reason the app logged me out and kept telling my my password was incorrect. So I reset it. Now it's telling me the reset account is incorrect and I can't access my account. Not sketchy at all

I was using the app for months without issue. Now I am waiting on a $124 withdraw for a month and a half. The support said they would transfer me to banking department but never replied. Do not use this scam.

NOT ABLE TO HAVE ACCESS TO MY MONEY DUE TO "NEW BANK". NO MONEY IN OR OUT & NO TIME FRAME WHEN THIS PROBLEM WILL BE RECTIFIED. ITS BEEN MONTHS. THIS IS NOT OK..PLEASE FIX.

Do not download this app. They will mishandle your money and ignore your requests for help. They will tell you that they are working the issue as fast as possible and promptly ignore you. I have had my funds locked for over 7 months now, with well over a month in between responses at times. I have filed a complaint against the company and am pursuing other actions to get my money back and placed into a safer system.

I initially gave this app a five star rating for ease of use and the simplicity of earning compound interest on many different tokens. I was easily able to purchase and transfer different cryptocurrencies. Lately this has changed, at least in terms of being able to move my crypto freely. I have had issues transferring anything on the ethereum network, and have run into limits on transferring Cardano even though my account is level 3 verified. The app tells me that I am only allowed to move a certain USD value of my crypto as long as there are pending deposits. The trick is, there aren't any pending deposits. I know that the team may be overwhelmed currently with new people getting into crypto and others transferring over from other apps, but not being able to move my investments around at least somewhat freely has been extremely frustrating. To be fair the team has been generally responsive when I notify them of what is going on and they were able to resolve my initial ethereum transfer issue, but it just seems like when one thing is fixed another issue crops up. All of that said, there was a time when this was a great experience and I'd love to see the team fix some of these issues and get it back up to that five star experience. For now though, the mounting transfer issues have me looking at other options.

Can put money on the platform, but can't get it off. I've had my fiat on the platform for months, but can't transfer the coins I've purchased to another wallet or put fiat into my bank. Error says have to wait 2-3 days, but it has been way longer. Put a ticket in, said they couldn't fix it, escalated the error, and I've never heard back. Still can't transfer or withdraw. Stay away.
