At first, seemed like a legit app. Wasn't hard to navigate. HOWEVER, now that I've been using for about a month, I see the scam.. Their support system is a joke. They take days to respond to a submitted ticket for help and never address all the issues. The BIGGEST letdown was the countdown to sponsorships that turned out to be a COMPLETE LIE. I reached the Anchor requirement of 50 unique listeners to be sponsored and they have yet to honor it. They just want you to stay using them.

Anchor is one of the best apps I've ever used on Android. It is a fantastically designed podcasting app and has enabled me to express myself conveniently, and helped me make my thoughts available to others very effectively from what I can tell. I highly recommend it. Being able to reliably switch between modes is frustrating at times. Basically, I think the navigation needs a lot of work. But the service itself seems excellent!! 👍👍👍

Absolutely frustrating. Came into this app thinking it'll be a fun way to make a podcast with some of my friends and instead got an extremely buggy broken app. any custom url that isn't my username is taken. even random gibberish that no one has taken. at the end when I was trying to publish my podcast it said "were having trouble connecting" repeatedly. The developers of this app should reconsider their life choices.

Anchor is without any doubt the best Podcast app. It has all the tools snd facilities to either record online or upload a pre-recorded sound byte. They host the audio freely, with no strings attached, and on top of it freely share the podcast to so many platforms. What more could I wish for? Kudos to Anchor team, and also a big thank you. The first time I used it, it was fantastic. I managed to record with a friend, edit and create the episode. Ever since however, we haven't been able to get the record with friends feature to work. It will start recording the call and then at the one minute thirty second mark I can no longer hear the person on the call with me. We have tried three times and looked into every possible problem. Our wifi is fast, we are both on our phones, we have the latest version of the app.

Although I use this app on my phone, I would rather use Anchor on my computer. Anchor on my phone has a problem where my bluetooth ear buds, with mics, won't be used as a way to record my audio, this forces me to keep my phone close. Secondly, I can't invite someone to record a podcast session if I'm using my computer to invite them because for some reason they haven't given PCs the ability to invite another person on there. So please change both the app for phones and the website for PCs.

I'm not able to fast forward or rewind the podcast I'm listening to, the only action I can take is pause. I can hear the podcast, but all I'm seeing is a purple screen and a spinning icon. I've tried force stopping the app, but that doesn't fix the issue.

Great tool to start in the podcast world. Is easy to understand and to use and with many interesting options to edit and distribution. Only regrets is that you can't have more than one account, in case you want to have two different podcasts with different topics. Hope they can fix that soon.

I love the app, great job Anchor team ! But at times, when I import an audio file from my device storage onto the app and try to play it , it doesn't play immediately . I would have to close the app and then open it again before it does so . Please work on this

Can you please add comments on the podcast episodes but in the writing form cuz sometimes audience need to write a comment not say it by their voices. And now I'm having a problem with the app when i open the episode to listen the page where I can clap and say something in comments (messages) the page keeps loading and the episode is playing fine.
