Through Ancestry I found the paternal side of my family which opened and still is giving me history, experiences and insight that I could not even imagine. The website is a little easier to navigate than the app but is functional and easy to use.

Too expensive. The monthly cost should be annual instead of monthly. I can subscribe to 3-4 streaming entertainment services for the cost of one month of Ancestry. It's interesting but not that interesting. You have to be really die hard or have a lot of throw away money for this service. The value for cost doesn't match up.

I love the ability to check shared Ancestors out based on DNA matches. I love many aspects of this app, but needs to be improvement to more closely match what I can do with out it, such as editing relationships, & editing names, It would also be good to add an algorithm to find duplicates in your tree and prevent new ones from being generated. The only reason I gave it only three stars is the number of times this app has frozen/crashed on me!! Frustrating!

I am adopted so finding any biological matches was rather fascinating. I found as close as 2nd cousins, and 1 was a childhood friend from the neighborhood!!! I do get lost navigating throughout the app, but that is due to it being so comprehensive and me not taking enough time to get familiar.

I'm really enjoying the Ancestry app on my phone. While it is not my go to app due to the size of the screen, it allow entries and changes to my tree when I am away from the home computer. Very functional, and IT WORKS!

It's a great App. Not as easy as it looks and sometimes like searching for a needle in a haystack. My biggest issue is that it keeps crashing and not saving. As much money as I've spent, the app should be more reliable.

Usually I love Ancestry, but lately anytime I try to open a different family line, the one I was just on doesn't close, so all of the profiles overlap and I can't see anything. I have to close the app every time I start to work on a new branch :/
