Terrible app from a quality airline. I have to enter different types of information (Confirmation number, Booking Number, ETicket Number, Full Name etc.) to access my booking, then I have to start the process all over again when re-opening the app. Most of the Airline Apps only need the 6 digit PNR, because all of my information is on this record in my reservation. This app dosent save my information from the last time I entered it. Imagine wasting this time at the airport when time is critical.

Worst search function you could possibly choose. You can't even type a city in, you must select the city through a cumbersome list of regions/countries/cities. I can't even find French Polynesia on this list.

Useless application My flight booking doesn't appear on this stupid application unlike before. I could search my reservation but somehow it was not able to save my booking details you have to search it again to view my itenerary information. 👎👎👎👎

This app is ridiculous. The interface is out of the 90's and get constant errors when looking for flights.

Logs you out frequently made worse by the fact that you're required to input a 10 digit membership number to log back in. Who the hell remembers that? All other airlines I use want your email address/user id which makes sense. Stupidly, their mileage program is a separate app and that's another ridiculously complicated app that doesn't recognise tickets purchased from a different source.

App shows reservation as the webpage, if you have no ANA account. Boarding pass cannot be downloaded to the app. Print screens showed in app store does not available. Very disappointing.

Very disapointing and lousy apps. Never ever able to load upcoming flight details even all the information requited given. I'm surprise such a large Japan company failed to even managed 1 apps.
