Be nice if it actually worked when I need it to. Looking up their site on Google Chrome and then signing in is much faster than opening the app and logging in. No point to the app really. Except it must be cheaper for ameren to have the app than the site. This app certainly runs that way.

Does not work. If you don't enable precision location it strobes the outside of the screen. If you do enable it it will take you to a browser to login but just takes you back to the same screen.

This app does NOT work. Won't click on anything once you log in, and setting up biometric authentication glitches and pretty much had to Uninstaller and reinstall but still doesn't work. Don't bother.

Absolutely unusable. Buttons are incredibly slow to respond, and navigation is near impossible as a result. After enabling biometric authentication, the app gets stuck in a loop trying to reauthenticate me. Spent twenty minutes trying to get it to work, but I'm done wasting time on it.

App doesn't work. Says log in. Directs you to a web page you sign in goes back to the app then doesnt log in on the app. Constantly freezes when trying to get the web page to load. Need fixed. Everything about it.

Don't bother downloading this app if you have an android. After every update I still can't log in. It's unresponsive and lags. Anytime I try to log in it takes forever. Just use the mobile site at this point

App still doesn't work. Clearing cache and app data as suggested my Ameren in other reviews does not resolve the issue. Their other suggestion, quit using your preferred browser (Firefox) is also not a solution to poor app design.

Doesn't even allow the login page. Just resets with every attempt. Probably a big-brother issue. Use to work on my old phone.
