App continually dose not work what's worse is obtaining urgent documents is a night mare the actual web version is also a nightmare how are we supposed to do anything when you can not get the app or web version to work together it's very bad and urgently needs improvement I was trying to get into the site today for urgent documents but no luck.

The application/App is very nice , well organized to read, understand with all the necessary features available, portable to extract information for personal used. I find it's useful to me daily. It help me to get updates information on my journey. I strongly recommend it for every one.

Does not work well. Late at reembursing and late ate informing private health insurance. So you never know if you get value for money. The communication with website is nonexistent and they never make a personal contact unless they want to pretend how good they are. Not one problem gets sorted even if counsel or insurance calls them. You never know the difference between genuine calls and hoax which are dayly bread in France. Would give 0.1 if possible.
