In desperate need of a design refresh, to match the design of the Alexa app and some others. Other than that, the fact that this comes bundled in with your prime membership is a godsend for users who don't wanna pay an absurd amount of money for cloud storage. I love that your ecosystem is all based around a Prime membership and that makes it very easy for users. Thank you guys.

It does allow you to upload files, create folders and that is it. Search does only seem to search file names, no meta data, no file content. Sorting is either name or upload date. No filtering. I do upload pictures and videos to my storage (which are not automatically imported by Amazon Photos...). Browsing through a huge list of photos is super laying lagging and slow. Previous of PDFs, pictures are also rather slow and off has quality. There seems not to be an API to access the storage.

Amazon drive is another outstanding app like Amazon photos but they are both compared to Google drive and Google photos but the similarities are between drive and photos the drive and photos transfer files to the cloud storage backup and sync data savers and shared their files associated with their accounts with each other together or separately in different account storage savers you can use your SD cards SIM cards cloud backups and storages you can use your internal storage & external storage

If I'm moving files around and I have a duplicate, the app tells me there is an error instead of telling me it's a duplicate file. No options given for what to do with the duplicates (e.g. merge, keep them both, rename them, etc.)

I had started having trouble with one of my hard drives and needed somewhere "cloudy" to back up my stuff. Having been a keen amateur photographer since 2007ish, I've around 30k images, many of them over 10mb each. This app enables you to make an exact copy of your hard drive. Very, very good.... and it's free for Prime members. Even better.

I love how Prime members get unlimited photo and files storage. Wish the video limit was more but that's okay. The search feature needs some work and it'd be great to organize files by size and type. Also not sure how to find my trash bin...but all in all a greatly improved app that I now enjoy using. Keep up the good work guys and plz don't change the Prime members benefits (that's why i use this app lol).

Not all files are showing on the app. I just uploaded files on my laptop using a web browser but not all the files are appearing on the mobile app.

Magnificent if you've an Amazon Prime membership, cause than you get ∞ (=unlimited) GB of photo storage + 5 GB video storage. I hope they launch their Luna game streaming service in the EU soon (currently only US) — wanna try it🎮

Will not open on my Asus Zenpad. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but just says 'Something went wrong. Please try again'. Will not open on my Motorola G 5G either. Just says 'getting your files' but it doesn't. In fact, no Amazon app works properly on any of my devices. Come on, Jeff, why not spend a tiny portion of some of your billions to employ some proper software developers

Unlimited storage for prime members but the UI is SEVERELY outdated. Feels like something straight out of 2005 or even a class project some kid made in an app class. I find myself advising using it because it's so ugly. Uglier than craiglist. What do you expect though for free unlimited storage.
