It crashes, a lot. Also, No way to enable notifications in app. I bought this tracker specifically because i wanted a minimal tracker that would also vibrate for calls and messages. Well, the only option the software gives me is to set an alarm. The notification option that is supposed to be there is missing entirely! Very frustrating. I might have to go back to using my old Fitbit. I've sent a message to them for help, we'll see if they are able to fix this.

Broken. fix your app soon or we will be returning our devices (equators). They will not connect to this app at all! tried about 50 different times with a full charge and ble scanner to make sure it was paired and connected.

App closes immediately upon opening. Since I have the Amazfit Equator which is screenless, this renders my tracker useless. Requested support, but was told to update my app even though I already have the most recent version of the app. Will now move forward with looking into other fitness trackers.

I am using with the Amazfit Equator (the one that looks like a ceramic disk). This app syncs to Google Fit, even though it says on the Amazfit website that it doesn't. The app operates smoothly and updates my steps when I'm away from my phone.

Can log into the app now, but it doesn't connect to my tracker. I restarted the app, I restarted bluetooth and I restarted my phone, nothing works. Please fix asap.

Not connecting to bluetooth and had app issues for weeks previous. Please fix soon or just go back to what you had a month ago when everything worked awesome.

What is going on has this apps system crashed or what??? All the sudden i have no account. All my account info and workout data is gone. Guess i need to buy a different fitness tracker. Judging by all the new and old bad reviews they must be going under or being bought out like Pebble. Please let us know what's goin on.
