Great app for waiting times and well sought out map. Only problem, if i turn my phone off it will no longer load as it says there is 'no internet connection'. With no way to refresh the page you result in restarting the app. Not a massive problem but mildly frustrating nonetheless. Good app otherwise

Really impressed with this app. The planner function was great to make sure you didn't miss anything and the feature to add in children's heights and flag ride restrictions was so useful! The GPS map was helpful for getting around too. The wait times listed were inaccurate, so I wouldn't pay much attention to them.

All the features are fabulous except for whata I believe to be a core and integral one to the apps helpfulness which is the schedule planner section. Every time I try to access it it'll work fine for a few seconds and then it instantly crashes on my android phone literally every time. I'll still be using it tomorrow for ride times and fast tracks etc but just a heads up on that front, I'm using a OnePlus 7 phone that's fully up to date :)

Hotel was lovely and well worth staying there, massive advantage of being able to enter the park 30 minutes before the public. Breakfast was gorgeous with plenty to choose from. The rides were amazing but the only down side was queing up for a ride for an hour for it then to be closed due to a failure. Will definately be going again.

Really good advice for queue times although Congo river Rapids were way out. Said 0 minutes for about an hour so as we got near it we thought to go on as no queue time. Ended up waiting nearly half an hour which had we known we wouldn't have wasted our time as wasn't a priority ride for us.

Queue times is not accurate and doesn't update very often. Map is difficult to use. Constantly saying no Internet connection despite being on 4G or wifi and having to close app and reopen to get it to work. Just really bad experience.

Great idea for the app being able to give live queue times for the rides, unfortunately really poor signal around the park so unable to use much of the time 😔

Love looking at the app and I also love how it knows where you are in the theme park but the problem is,is that when your in the park it never tells you the queue time on the app

Brilliant UX, great efficient app that uses your location to guide you to the rides from where ever you are in the park. Also live ride times, great help around the resort!

Shockingly bad. Doesn't show the exit or entrance. Impossible to scroll and move around on map.
