I booked a non refundable hotel through the app and when I arrived to the hotel they didn't have the room for me. I then contacted the customer support and they replied with sorry the booking is not refundable and they did nothing. Be careful of scams like this

The worst application ever. After I completed the reservation, it appeared to me that there was an error and the money was taken from the card. When I contact them, they talk to you as that was your fault, not theirs.

Booked Corniche Hotel Abu Dhabi through the app, received a confirmation by email and when arrived to the hotel no room was available!!! It turned out the hotel had informed Almosafer already that no rooms are available for the day and still Almosafer was accepting bookings and payments!! Called customer support with no use and no real support besides apologies and an offer from their side to book in another hotel...this is my first and will be my last experience with this agency unfortunately

The Worst . You took my money without any right . I calling customer service since week and in the end they say we cannot return your money . Why ? The Whole world was closed because of Corona . Even the Airlines themselves returen another ticket of mine while you refuse .

They are not honest and they always try to decive you, do not believe the room pictures and there are same rooms with different prices and sometimes you don't get the same bed type you booked. When you ask for their assistance and call for support they will tell you "we will call you back", ... then they will try to convince you that it's your problem.

Worst application ever, I pigged them to book me a hotel and there were zero response. Phone number doesn't work, Whats app bot took 5 hour's to response then responded with one message then didnt responsed at all. Sent more than 3 emails and yet zero response. Don't even think about downloading this application. In fact u should delete it.

Dears this is an advice from deeply my heart ❤ Don't choose Almosafer to be part of your trip vacation they will turn your happiness to sadness they will not help you with any solution even the problem was by them. I just download their app to rate them then I will remove until end of my life.
