Results are not up to date. On 10-apr-2021, I took walk an appointment from this app and it charge me amount from STCPAY as option given from AGH mobile application. As below "715481 is your One Time Password to approve the pending payment SAR 28.72 from AlMANA GENRAL HOSPITAL", when I visit hospital they charge me same amount again. While finance person said who ask you use this app for payment, they are not aware about it.

You need to learn how to develop a user friendly app. A big hospital like AGH should have one of the best app. Please subcontract this app development to a good app development company.

App does not work and keep on popping up notification that "check your internet connection and try again" when there is no issue with the internet.

your App. needs alot of improvement, you can add from patient file, lab analysis and X- Ray reports with more explenation in the result rate between min&Max.(normal, high and low "deficient") So we can see them thru the App. and be able to save them as PDF files as well. instead of going to the hospital just to get the result. painful app. i cannot select a date for appointment, lab reports not archived here but when you request hard copy in the hospital they ask you to use the app next time. Please this app not helping at all, for appointment you get option of first avaiable date only and i cannot find a way to select a later date option. Saad specialist hospital had the best app i have used, you need find who developed that app.

Very useful application with lot of opportunities to improve. in the earlier version, i was able to view lab results. that was so useful. but after installing all such data are gone. no history..

Cannot Book Appointment - Error pops up saying: Failed, Please try again later. Trying for a week now with no luck. Wish it works like people have been saying here.

It so happened that my relative's sugar level began plunging. She turned out to be totally oblivious. Just a positive thing was her heartbeat. We out of nowhere reserved an arrangement from Almana General Hospital App, she was hurried to the Hospital. The clinic authority paid attention to the issue and she was moved to the crisis unit, expeditiously.

Appointments taken through this App are not valid. AlMana actual booking system never gets uodated through this App. This App is not linked with AlMana appointment booking system. It is easy to use but seems use less App.
