The app is still not working!!! CAN ANYONE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT? Nada, zero, zip! No possibility of login in, it even freezes if you try to make a new account! What the hell is going on. Too expensive of a treatment to NOT WORK!

Rubbish!!!! Initially installed ok, paired the scales with phone but on the first weight in, app simpily would not load. Deleted and reinstalled about 15 times on several different devices but still nothing. App will not pass the initial set-up stage, keeps saying 'something went wrong'. Disappointed because was sold as a package with balloon and it was going to be extra motivation. Only gave 1 star because i could give Zero!!

This app simply stopped working. First it lost all the data, then it crashed whenever I tried to start it so I reinstalled it. When I try to create a new profile it gets stuck for a while and then says "something went wrong". This happens in two different cell phones with different android versions.

Simply doesn't work with Android once the app is installed you try to putting in your name age, which it lets you in on the last stage it just says something went wrong and then you have to delete the app and reinstall it and it does the same all over again is absolutely useless and cannot use it
