Freezes, glitches, and fails to load every time I attempt to use the application. I'm very happy with my insurance representative. BUT, the inaccessibility of this app (which I am required to use for the Safe Driving program) has me looking at other providers. If you're going to make customers use tech, put the time and money into making it work correctly.

Saves me money. Otherwise it would be 1 star. As someone that drives a company car most days, I constantly have to review and edit my trips, and it takes FOREVER. Every update seems to make it worse. Now I have to wait for the app to analyze my trip before I can tell it I was driving a work vehicle, and that's after waiting literally 10 minutes for it to load my trips. Probably the most frustrating app I use.

11/15/21 UPDATE App is even WORSE!!! Just had an update a week ago and frequently closes when going to Drivewise trips. Plus data in Drivewise doesn't seem to be correctly updating. I lost $31 in Drivewise cashback for a trip that both I and tech support removed for July 5 with 23.4 miles over 80 mph, exactly when 45 day renewal/data lock occurred. And the Drivewise team has no knowledge that this data lock even occurs. Takes 3-5 minutes to "Load more"trips, spending 30 minutes to review trips!

One of the worst apps! It takes forever to load, if it does load at all. It stopped loading on Android 11, instead telling you to "hold tight" while staring at your screen and wasting your time.

11/7/2021: This app still stinks. It takes 10 minutes to load trips or to tell it I'm not driving. Ridiculous. 10/2020: 2 years ago was great. Now it tells me to update but I have the most updated. It makes no sense and won't let me in. Before today, the latest version made me click about 5x to get to my Drivewise trips and took forever to do anything. What happened to staying logged in? And my phone can't fill in the password because you don't require a username. The whole thing is screwed up.

The idea behind this app is great but the performance is terrible. How can Allstate offer this kind of service to there customers when they are the ones who benefit the most? Perhaps we are expecting to much. I'm just glad that Starbucks has their s together and can program an app that works without crashing. Get better soon, Allstate app.

... I really wish the App did work, but it really just doesn't. Update Jan '21. App is dead slow and unresponsive. Also why does it demand permission to "send email on [my] behalf"? Jan 2021: why is the app DEMANDING permission to read all my emails??? Feb 2021: just spend 5 minutes looking at a box with a spinning circle "hold tight". Worst app ever. Nov 21. Refuses to accept password. Changed password. Allstate says success, then refuses to accept new password. What's worse than worst?

I'm here again less than 3 weeks from my last review. Your app sucks.!!!! Why in the world does it take so long to load and the app is incorrect. Constantly crashing and buffering. Will not reset when you need to remove Trips because you aren't the one driving. I've done the cookies thing. Fix it

I have sent emails. I have called. I have looked at diagnostics and have all green checks. It hasn't worked since installing it and now got an email saying if I dont register a drive, I won't get the discount. I shouldn't be punished for something that is not working, and no one is willing to help me figure it out.

I love this app, however, it says i use my phone when im not. When i first get in my truck, before its moving, but after i start it, i turn on my music app. When i stop and park and turn the truck off, i then turn my bluetooth off and mute my phone for work. Those are the times its saying phone usage. Can this be corrected?
