If a recommendation does not apply to you, you can easily save your individual tolerance for the food concerned. Search quickly for a specific food, browse certain categories such as beverages, fruits, dairy products, etc. or filter compatibilites by color. In addition, ALL i CAN EAT does also provide many details such as the amounts of lactose, fructose, glucose, histamine, sorbitol, salicylic acid, amines, amino acids, etc. And in case you should miss a food, you can add it easily. You will never have to search various lists again or learn any numbers by heart! With ALL i CAN EAT you manage all your food intolerances in one place.

Great idea, but the app needs to include a much larger list of intolerances. I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder and am advised not to consume any grains and gluten, dairy, legumes and soy, sugar, eggs, nuts and seeds, nightshades, caffeine, and alcohol. All these foods can cause inflammation and make normal functioning very difficult. And to top it off, my husband is allergic to garlic.

This app has a lot of potential but it's too incomplete to be helpful for me. It lists things like chicken liver but not chicken?!?! It also doesn't match food intolerance lists I've seen provided by medical professionals.

I was so excited when I found this app. Then was super disappointed once I started/ tried to use it. I just had a blood test recently that listed 17 foods that I am sensitive to, eggs, cheese, pineapple, rice as well as gluten just to name a few. I was sad that I couldn't add anything but gluten to my allergies list on this app. Thus making this app useless for me. 🙍😔

I was kind of surprised there wasn't an option for soy, and the available options were really limited. I have an intolerance to oats, soy, and citrus. I have a dairy allergy but it just makes me sniffly. It's the milk fat that makes my stomach upset. I guess I have a fat intolerance. XD

This is a pretty good app. But I am realizing it's missing many foods. I looked up Oat bread and it didn't share anything about it. Please continue to add foods to improve this app. I think there is much more potential here.

A good, functional app. The search feature is especially helpful.

I like hiw detaiked and extwncive this app is. I feel like i learned a few things i have been fudging on and i uped the ones im more sensative too. I wish there was more info on each allergen and why they are red yellow and orange. I like that i can share with friends. I woukd also like more support in what i can or could eat. Thank you Devlipers for making thid useful app. I also love the multi language tool i might use it to translate.

Limited food selection. For example, acorn squash not listed. Grey color coding not explained. Would not use as definitive guide. Last updated over 2 years ago.

It would be great if it would suggest recipes, alternative foods. It basically is just to show you what you cant have. Nothing fancy.

Not really sure how to rate it yet because the range of the foods listed was detailed and useful... But the asking of my "general intolerances" was weak, limited and left out tannins, casein, acidic, (unless they asked in a more scientific way), etc... but also wondering what is/are the function(s) of this app? It didn't seem to give me any conclusions or tell me what to avoid or anything. Fast forward a couple of weeks, I look up corn on the cob -blank page, just ad at bottom?! Maybe 2 stars? Hm
