Great app. But can u guys have a feature that gives the customer some kind of 'alert' the items in their wishlist is on sale? Sometimes we are looking for specific things and just add them on wishlist and don't just buy for the sake of having a new handbag. Hope you guys consider my suggestion. Thanks.

Beware if you are looking to consign items or buy anything! You might just be scammed by this company. I have consigned and sold items under White Glove, but payout has been pending since April 2021 when it is stated to be within 20 Business Days. Kept sending chasers only to get standard replies that they will be expedited. Reebonz Concierge did not even bother to reply emails or whatsapp messages over time. There are many better brands/apps out there offering the same, so think twice!

Didn't tell me item was out of stock, I had to contact them to ask why it hadn't been shipped. Eventually they replied saying that more stock would be arriving in 1-2 weeks, a week later informed me that item was actually sold out and I would get a refund in up to 14 days!! Responded by telling them I'd better be refunded sooner than that and 2 days later got a message to say I'd been refunded. For a site selling luxury goods I would have expected better customer care. Have deleted app.

Wishlist most all the time couldn't open... only appear as white blank and doesn't even have a button to return back... the application force to close it. You better fixed it properly Reebonz team
