I like the app and it certainly cuts down on notes coming home in the schoolbag or as is often the case, not making it out of the schoolbag for days! But there are a couple of minor improvements that could be made: 1. When I get a notification that there is a new notice posted, if I tap on the notification to read it, it doesn't bring me to the actual notice. Instead it marks it as read and leaves me at the home page. So then clicking on the noticeboard says that there are no unread messages and I have to show all. Is it possible that the original notification could actually bring me directly to the notice? 2. Once in a notice, there is no way to share the message. I may like to send it via WhatsApp / SMS /email or even print it. Any chance a share icon could be added when viewing a message?

I am having trouble with Aladdin lately. I don't receive new messages as new notifications as a pop up on my phone. I used always and haven't changed my phone or any settings. I now have to go into the app to check if I've new messages etc. I have missed out on a lot of very important ones from my school lately. Why would this be happening with the app?

If school is sending 10 messages in a day and in order to see them you have to enter password every time is really annoying. I stopped using this app as I can't be bothered to enter password each time. Let us choose to turn off password option. Edit: My issue fixed. Great developers.

Love the app, however, when I get a notification and click on the message, instead of bringing me to the message I'm brought to my profile. The app then thinks i have read the message and does not open, i have to go into read messages to retrieve.

I love this app but I changed my phone a months back and since then I don't receive notifications on my new fone I have checked the security settings all correct, the phone itself is set to receive notifications from the app and also I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and still no notifications I'm missing information because I forget to check each day. Please can you tell me where I'm going wrong Thanks and Regards 😊

Very useful, definitely keeps me up to speed with what's going on with my child's schooling. Provides me with some prompts to "extract information" about my child's day! Also gets me involved with the education side of things.
