It works with a credit card which is good. The package deals are confusing and the app will stack them without sorting them so that the bill can get really high because they double dip on fees. Then after catching a bus to the ais shop, the spunky uniformed staff, if they understand the packages to begin with, can't translate the purposefully confusing rate schedule into English or understand my questions. My feedback is to please stop creating intentionally confusing fee schedules.

I just updated my previous negative review with the App, now I am able to purchase TOPUP within the App. I can also set the language of SMS Notification to English. Thank you for supporting your International Client. For me, this is still the best Roaming SIM available in the market today. As a person working in maritime industry this is a big help to us.

The app doesn't work. After opening, it doesn't load anything and is stuck in the login page. Thus I cannot pay bills or buy packages. Please fix, if you want people to use it.

Boring to update program again and again. One thing i do not like , the credit is personnally asset, the system should not have button to record. Mamy scammer try to steel customer information. AIS should realize this matter as top priority.
