The only thing that works in this app, is depositing money to them. Then, you can't use this money for anything. I tried to pay for parking and transfer money to Croatian phone number, both ended in epic failure. Maybe it works for local people, but for foreign tourists in Croatia it's pretty useless. For parking, use PayDo application, it works

They are complicating way too much with ID scans and private data collection. Then they even ask you to scan your credit card. The funny thing is that they allow you to top up your money to the App, but then they don't allow you to buy a single prepaid coupon (A1) before you send them the scan of your credit card?!? You should reconsider your app workflow, meaning if you don't even want to withdraw some money from the licensed bank (PBZ) why would you even need to give so much information?

Oudated signup process, no option to delete account (what GDPR? Whats that), overall bad experience. I can't belive this response from customer support... "Delete my number" button even has clear note below it stating it DOES NOT delete the profile, it only removes the number from assigned profile. What a joke of company

1 st problem: for this kind of business which includes money transaction, customer service should be available 24/7 or ar least with phone number! There is email (!?) to contact customer service - unbelievable 2nd problem: Transferwise card issue; I have managed to add money from Transferwise to Aircash and than after money arrived on Aircash platform, it was stucked there and I couldnt pay the (A1) invoice! Problem wa s the security certificate of Transferwise card

After I charge the Aircash account from my credit card, I can not log in to the app. The customer support dosn't solve my problem, the app is not working and they didn't want return my money.

I have had a bad experience trying to send money, complained and customer service has contacted me quite fast. they resolved the issue, so i have to admit they are on the task and helpful.
