    A nice app that I use with clients I do Anger Management with. My only criticism thus far is the progressive muscle relaxation exercise is disappointing. The progressive muscle relaxation exercise in other VA apps such as CBT-i coach are much better. I hope this is corrected in a future update.

    This app sucks. Every time you log you have to fill in 17 pages of info without skipping anything? If the point of this app is to make you angry at the app instead of real life then you were successful.

    It's a very usefull apps. It helps me calm down even if just a bit everytime I'm feeling furious. The solutions this app have also helped me in calming down. Everytime I make an anger log, it feels like I'm telling or ranting out my anger to someone else except I can be more open about it since I don't have to worry about being snitched. And I can freely express my anger without having to hear some useless advices. Overall, this app has helped me in dealing with my slight anger issues.
