Easy to use. Make appointment the day before. And the doctor ask to start the consultation earlier. The hospital farmation called after and explain the medicine. Delivery was also fast. Have a bit trouble in payment failure via link shared by whatsapp (error page via ovo and transfer). But the customer service was also quick to response and solved.

I couldn't choose the day for the appointment as the app keep showing me schedule isn't available and no calendar icon I could click. I tried with other doctors from other hospitals and it showed the same result. Been calling&chatting with the CS but they couldn't give any clear solution to this problem. I hope they fix the issue soon.

The doctors aren't ready to use this new platform, the hospital infrastructure also doesn't quite helpful, bad connection and noises when on zoom, my appointment was on 1pm but the doctor isn't ready until 2pm. The doctor said that he will give prescription and the hospital will call for the meds detail, but no call from the hospital. The apps is OK, but not for the doctors and the hospital, they seem didn't have the preparation to do this. Cust support is 5 star though.

Cannot update, while the app keeps on telling me to update. It's not a very responsive app, it shows errors couple of times especially when I tried to pay for consultation and medicine. Although it's a very useful app, it gives unpleasant experiences.

Customer service is fast and awesome. User friendly and very convenient for the consultation and also the medicine delivery (takes 3 days expedition but fine for me because it was not too urgent)
