One of my orders was apparently "damaged in shipping" and was returned to the facility. Didn't send an email or tell me what happened or offered a refund. 10 days afterwards in they finally email saying to reorder or refund it. i have chatted with costumer service over the chat 3 times all with different answers and promies.In person is fine im just never doing online again. They also dont tell you if they can't ship somewhere too.fyi cant ship onbase as of the 9/26/2021

The app is very easy to use but, it's not 5 because when you go to check out and you don't have a card saved it won't let you register it. You have to go to the settings manually and save it that way for a smooth purchase otherwise everything else is a 10/10 :)

Just downloaded it, it won't even load. Went to their website and I got a screen that says the site is overcrowded right now. For a company that brought in $436 million gross profit in the first quarter of 2021, it's not like they can't afford the resources for running a website. Pathetic.

I love the unretouched photos on Aerie!!! 💕💕 I love when you can see someone similar to your body type wearing the clothes!. One complaint- on some reviews you will see #aereviewsweepsentry, be aware it's an entry review, and the review of the item could potentially be influenced by that. Not an issue, especially since they sometimes run these to donate to charities. *tbh if I knew $ went to charity for a review: five stars, GOAT, on every piece I bought. Just saying.*
