Pathetic service by OFA, I was falsly promised to provide after sales support but none of agents giving heed or paying attention to my recurring complaints against service, I am completely disappointed and feeling betryed by your poor service. Worst app in mutual fund industries. No one heared, no one can solve issue.. client harras, distributor harras....I tried to connect for various problem which I was faced from beginning to till date i.e.08.09.2021 There is no imotion, no dedication from ofa employee.. they always told us let check first , we will solve the issue earliest but after one week again we told them for same issue, they will active and trying to solve it. Very shameful position of distributor in front of client.

The app has improved a little from before but long way to go. The loading speed of list after searching & AUM & other loading speeds aren't good. The RTA update isn't happening properly. It should be faster. An option to send text messages from mobile app will be a good add in your features.
