Techies know Adobe is a C+ (maybe B-) team at best. I have used this program for a couple years. Fundamental flaw- after you assemble/paste and prep multiple pdfs to go out for signature, Adobe waits till the very end to say unable to process. This after you wasted 20 minutes or whatever assembling anf filling in data. Latest flaw, the white screen many are reporting. Time to return to DocuSign

When I try to go back, it signs me out. And when I try to use Google Drive, it does nothing. And when I try to upload from my files, it does nothing.

I downloaded this app with well intent on using it until (2)two red flags poped up: First, the reviews & rating on this app sents a clearer enough pic. (Beware) Second, was enough for me to uninstall.....they are affilated with !!!Paypal!!! I have nothing nice to say about paypal!!

Wish it worked? Can't get past the sign in... Not even convinced this is an optional app... Well have to play around with it. We'll see if I can find a work around....

Worked perfectly for me. I have the new s21. I just sent out a document, I had a hard time figuring out how to extend fillable boxes longer than an inch. Also ui could be a little more intuitive will doing fill boxes. The box kept going back and forth from one side of the page and the other, too sensitive with side switch. Other than that, it worked, and I like the menu, very clean.

Ok... I'm editing my review. First I gave it 2 stars because I thought it was missing features but they're just hidden in menu layers. I added a star because although it's not intuitive the functionality is there. Adobe - you need to make this more user friendly, add the ability to access your creative cloud documents and simplify the field assignment process. Why cant I create templates on mobile? Also... come at it from the perspective of complete mobile functionality. I shouldn't need a pc.

This app isn't serving it's full purpose. I can send the e-sign, but I cannot indicate where they need to sign like I would if it were submitted via desktop. What's the point of having mobile access if usability isn't consistent across the board? It makes no sense ESPECIALLY since you have to pay to even have the ability to have unlimited utilization of the feature. So far, when I send using the mobile app, I don't get the complete info I request and they sign just anywhere on the document. 👎🏾

Selecting upload documents does nothing. Fill and sign literally opens a web page asking me to drag and drop a document from my computer. I think when Adobe created this app, somewhere in the process they forgot they they were creating a mobile app. Complete garbage. Also, why do you need my phone number and date of birth again?

I have seen a lot of reviews stating they had problems logging in. I had the same problems, but I figured it out. For whatever reason Google sign in is not supported with this app. To fix this, log in to your Adobe account and go to Social log in settings. Disconnect from Google, and it will have you create an Adobe password to log in with instead. Next re-open your Adobe Sign app and log in using your email and new Adobe password. Walla...it works now. Great app, once I got it working!

It doesnt pull current versions of your document cloud into the app, so you can't ask for signatures from the phone using their own software cloud. It should refresh your selection of documents based on what is in the cloud now, not what I had 3 years ago. It asked me to sign in twice and still didn't get a current iteration of what is in my Adobe Document Cloud. The whole Adobe sign thing is slow and clunky compared to other signing services.
