Disappointed after using this app for so long !!! I booked a receptionist job and the first day I go there the lady tells me that I am not supposed to be there when clearly I was. I showed up every morning and called the point for contact with no response! Each day I was turned around. Usually when I book jobs through Adia there is no problem!. I tried calling Adia about this situation but they never answer the phone !! Never ever answer! Unreliable unprofessional! They deact. My acct! A MESS !!

1st experience... easy to use... everything to this point has been well directed thru app... only thing I'd prefer for myself is to have a live human contact, but in my 2 attempts to speak to a live human I did not get to either time... but in all fairness, I must say it ended up not being necessary as what I thought were "issues" ended up not being issues, they potentially could have been but worked themselves out ! I'll update in 3 or 4 days with any new info or changes.

Full service temp agency that is internet based. I found one bug; when your shift ends at 12am midnight and you try to end early, like 11:50pm, the app thinks you're trying to end the shift on the next day. The app needs to recognize that 11:50pm, in this example, is actually the current date, and 12 midnight is actually the start of the following day already with new date.

Customer support very weak. No one follows up on texts about questions and concerns. No one ever answer payroll phone. My pay stubs are unavailable for review and printing out. I do not know how much I am paying in state, federal, etc. The app has issues. They do not list headquarter location or phone number. Frustating and conerning.

The app is okay but it's the correspondence or communication between the companies that kill my vibe. Once I was taken off schedule for shifts I had committed to, I could no longer utilize the app for other opportunities & was practically considered absent from shifts!

Good company if you responsible enough not to let having a physical location in your city deter you.Customer service might irritate you as well since they take 2 -3 days to get back to you but other than that can't really complain -real person review

The app continues to glitch. Then they say if you RSVP for a job that you have to take it and if you dont go then you get kicked from the app. How about if NOTHING LOADS and everything FREEZES! Like how can you release an app for work but not have it working properly and not freezing? So awful if you want to deal with a headache go ahead and download this but if you don't you're better off looking elsewhere. Ironic I was writing to them about their app crashing and it crashed when I hit send

Very terrible when It comes to the onboarding process and you need a authorize representative to verify your documents and it's not a option to choose from. I've emailed/ call numerous of times & still no response
