Completely hopeless. It's obviously a thin layer over the website, complete with broken links and reprimands for "using the back button in your browser". I'm not using a browser, I pressed a big button you put on the screen in the app! Doesn't remember your payment details. Leaves you in a dead end after payment with no booking confirmation. Pointless filters on centre and date before you can see your bookings. I only have one! Use the desktop site instead. It's marginally better.

I have been waiting for an Active Leeds app for a while now and I must say I am thoroughly underwhelmed. The booking system is just as garish to look at and clunky yo use as the mobile website. Design of the app isn't great, its not the easiest to navigate and not fully intuitive to use. Finally, Active Leeds have truly missed a trick by not incorporating members account details and membership card onto the app especially considering the recent T&C changes. A bit of a worthless app.

The app doesn't tell you there is a charge if you cancel a class less than one hour before it is due to start. The confirmation email doesn't inform you of this. I am told there are signs in the leisure centres but I haven't noticed them. Perhaps because they are one of many signs. If Leeds City Council want to be customer-friendly, embrace technology and allow cancellations via the app rather than having to telephone or email in. Last minute cancellations are usually due to an emergency.

Really bad app, the concept should be so simple but it's not. The buttons don't work when you book or it will just come up with an error. Swimming is always fully booked then when you want to book in advance for only a week it won't let you.

Utterly useless app. Impossible to book any sessions. Only option available is 30 mins table tennis at Aireborough!! Unable to select any other activity or sports centre. If we are being forced to book everything online, at least have an app that serves the purpose. Come on LCC, not good enough.Beyond frustrating.

This app is plagued with problems. It's slow, imports the incorrect class randomly regardless of which class I try to book. this would be seriously convenient if only it worked!

Cant cancel classes. The app just spins. Get charged for not cancelling as app not working. Needs to have a reminder function that links to your phones calendar. Just not a very user friendly app at all
