I have experienced similar issues with ride data not uploading first time, but quitting the app and relaunching seemed to fix this. I don't mind this as it always works with a kick! Going by other comments though I think the app needs a complete overhaul, redesign and rebuild from the ground up. It does look and feel dated, which is a shame because my device (a 420) has been excellent, if a bit eccentric usability wise.

Of late, the app is becoming annoyingly unreliable. I was unable to sync my last ride despite repeated attempts. Thinking that it might help if I uninstall and then do a clean reinstall of the app, I was frustrated when I could no longer log in with my username and PW. I then tried signing in with third party apps such as Strava and Facebook but to no avail as well. When these measures failed, I attempted to manually upload the '.fit' file through Bryton's Active Web, whose webpage was broken.

I've had the 750 for a year, overall a good device, however if the support is not up to par, then the device is sub par. Bryton said "Fixed Bluetooth sync issue for some models" - which models? The 750 is a top model for Bryton and it does not appear that the sync issue has been resolved. Thankfully, I have a Wahoo Bolt I can use, but I'd prefer to used my 750. Bryton please advise when the sync issues for all affected models will be resolved.

Update: I used "Sign up with email" instead of logging in with Strava. App seems workable although not completely intuitive to me. Seems to run in background often. Original review; Could not log in through Strava. It looked like it took my password and said it was syncing data, but didn't go anywhere. I probably now have a Burton account, tracking all my Strava info, that I will never be able to log out of. Update: very frustrating UI.

Suddenly the app failed to load the maps because internet connection problem. At the same time also failed to sync to device because "bluetooth connection is off". My internet connection is fine and my bluetooth is always on. What's happening??

For thoses who are having problem with login. The have server maintenance till Oct. 3, 2021. I was annoyed but then saw rhe notification inside the app. Then that explains the errors and not syncing to starva. I'm giving this a one star so that can people with concern can see this. Also, you should have place a server maintenance notification on login.

The new update fixed the broken map, its now full screen again. Thank you devs for this update... But Today 4/10 i cannot upload any data, trying to log out and now can't login even with strava... Go to bryton website it said 502 bad gateaway, final solution is grab the file from cyclocomp and upload it manually to strava. I hope you fix it ASAP.

I already gave one star, but I need to let you guys know this. They are on a server maintenance until Oct 6, which is Wednesday according to Bryton customer service team. As I was going over the reviews they told other reviewer until Oct 4. What is going on? If you will say something not true, at least stick to what you say, or explain why it's being delayed, Bryton! I understand things happen, I am willing to understand at if you hung a banner on the app login page for an announcement.

The device software is fine (Bryton 450) and I'm impressed by the battery performance. But just don't bother buying because of the app, Bryton clearly aren't interested in developing anything user friendly that actually functions, with the lastest version I can't even log in! Up to this version it was just about useable and and I could upload tracks to strava but not anymore.

Bryton cycling computers and this app are garbage. Save your money and buy a garmin or wahoo. This cheap thing isn't a bargain, it's useless. After 500 miles. Unit doesnt sync rides, bluetooth doesn't connect and stay connected, and now I cant even sync by wifi or by computer. Just over 1,600 miles on a Bryton Rider 450. And its trash now. DO NOT BUY OR USE THIS TERRIBLE APP.
