App doesn't work on my Google Pixel 6 Pro with Android 12. I tried opening it once and it crashed immediately. Two days later and I keep getting random messages saying the app stopped working even though I only tried to open it once, days ago. Other than that it was a fine app.

Would love to use the app but keep getting "oops something went wrong please try again later" when trying to sign up, with no further explanation on how to fix it. Thanks for the absolutely useless error handling.

I recently joined the Ace Rewards program and it states on the website that there's a $5 bonus for downloading the app. So I did and guess what? No $5 bonus added. I didn't fully explore the app yet, so this rating is just for starters. It looks alright at the moment. My rating might change if they can make improvements and actually deliver on their promises.

The search function is unforgiving. Misspelled words/brands will yield no result. A way to filter by "free store pick-up today" would greatly improve the functionality of this app and make it competitive against Home Depot and Lowes apps

Much like their website, there always seems to be a long lag time when you do a search or click on an item to view. Then it goes from a lag to skipping around too fast or when you hit the back button it takes you to the search page instead of the last page you were on. I've had some difficult at times getting a transaction to go through which is frustrating. I usually just end up going to the physical store location nearby to buy my items rather than buying on the app.
