    App used to be awesome but the bew update is quite bad. The search results now show hotels NOT local to the search which makes it horrible when filtering lowest price to highest. Points statement is now showing all over the place NOT in chronological order.

    App has deteriorated after the change a few weeks ago. I have to relogin every time and it has tricked me to book twice the same hotel as the first Booking showed an error and then i had los €200 in a second. Really disrepectiful with a Platinum customer.

    Just look at the speed, integration, content on a hotel, points update, previous invoices at the Marriott Bonvoy app. Accor mobile app is still as poor as it was 5 years ago. Accor, this is 1.01 stuff. It is basic user experience. SPG and Marriott merged 2 years ago and managed to sort this out. Your app is still as unfriendly and unhelpful as it was in 2015.

    The points history and prior stays are not in reverse chronological order -- the dates are all jumbled. (for example, in my list of stays, first in list is a date in 2019, then one in 2012, then 2018, then 2011, then other random stays). Crazy. Points are not in order either. Also, there are no special offers listed in the app.

    I booked Adagio Aparthotel from this app and now hotel cancelled booking themselves and offering to reschedule the booking (by sending an email) instead of a refund. They didn't even bother to issue a voucher to be used at a later date, I need to send an email to make a booking and they will revert on their own sweet time.

    Easy to navigate through and make bookings at any destination. Every hotel has photos so it's easy to see what it has to offer and location before making a booking. All the hotels information at your finger tips. Payments are a breeze no issues and you can also check yours points on a regular basis and see your history of past bookings

    I am so confused right now with your confusing ALL apps,why is so extremely difficult to get log on to your apps, I'd try with my email then failed, tried another way wih my loyalty number it failed again,it wasn't my first experience trying to log on to your app so difficult....

    Trying to pay with union pay and the app says date format is wrong. I'm inputting what's on my card. Fix the bloody thing. Also, rates advertised as a certain amount, but when you look under room rates, the low amount no where to be seen.

    7Mar: now only shows hotels with accor plus rate! So incan see 6 of 20 hotels in the area! Cannot change the filter! Bravo on worst app ever.

    The app would be fine if it worked more often and was more user friendly when used in the host country. There are times when it won't recognize a destination because it isn't entered exactly the same as the one programmed in. And the app is down quite often from my experience and that's frustrating and time consuming.

    Too weak app . Gives very little info and photos about hotels . Too bad concerning account info an contact details. To contact accor i had to go through browser. Doesnt give sny info about my bookings future or past. I asked confirmation email for a past booking and it sent it !!!!! It doesnt count my stay interval i still have 0 nights after i finished my stay

    WOEFUL!! Have always found the accor app simple and quick to use, no issues and no garish backgrounds. This new version just feels thrown together - the colour scheme is harsh on my eyes when already looking at a digital screen, to book a hotel is awkward especially as cannot find a way to add more than one room to a booking, then to amend or cancel you have to scroll down then back up!? Sort it out accor.

    The old one had bugs and I started to live with it. Now it has me update to the new one (since I could not use the old one anymore) and even though I have updated, it still has this bug where it asks for updates and brings me into a loop. Instead of chaning the name of their loyalty program Accor should invest in their apps... Or better yet in a better loyalty program!

    The new app is incredibly worse. They added interesting features such us find your route to get there, taxi hailing to get there, email directly, call directly. However none of these features work properly and you can't easily find the address, phone, or email. And if you do you can't copy paste to good reliable apps such as your vase call management app, or Google maps, or über, nor Outlook. You are completely helpless... A good idea, à horrible implementation.

    A new App., but not as friendly (yet). My total number of nights, status credits etc I am unable to find. My future bookings show up, but in a clipped format that makes it difficult to see the reservation details. Another comment re doing hotel reviews. My most recent stay, I received a request to review from Pullman and the next day another request to review from ALL. Co-ordinate guys, far, far too many emails coming, twice daily!

    The app is dedicated to booking of hotels only and lack currency choices and sufficient write-ups on the hotels. Accor is not just about hotels, there are rewards, experiences and so much more. The most important thing is the missing link to accor points and status and to track my needed stays to the next level. This App features are a downgrade rather than an upgrade. Much effort is made on look and feel but forgot the very essence of the app.

    The new app is terrible, previous was OK. Some dates displayed in uk format dd/mm/yy and some in us format mm/dd/yy so very confusing when looking at past stays (is 06/07/19 the 6th of July or the 7th June). When you have found a hotel you cannot read the reviews or see more details about the hotel, I have not yet made a booking using this new version but I am dreading the experience and even considering moving away from the loyalty program after many years.

    The new version is very not clear whenever you want to book more than 1 room on a same date. First, you are 'forced' to choose 6 persons in 1 room, very unclear. In another time, I want to book 1 room with 2 persons, it looks like they have some room options. But whenever I choose one room, the room is not available anymore. Please fix it.

    First of all, don't ask me to email you. Used to be a good apps. Now, it's confusing and useless. Only good at placing booking and seeing points. I cannot even see the hotels list before placing a booked date. I cannot even post a review on hotels that I have stayed so far. You have so many many bad hotels that I need to share directly with you, but I cannot post any complain nor review with your apps. Again, don't ask me to email you!

    The app no longer shows which rooms offer access to a club lounge. 'Executive' is generally a clue but every executive room I've looked at comes without breakfast, when I would expect complimentary breakfast in the lounge. I won't be booking until I know exactly what type of room I'm looking at. Also, why is there no contact option in the app?

    Very antiquated app. Not user friendly. If user is a recipient of 1-day membership card as gift, there are info required such as email address of card buyer or gift giver that the user or gift recipient wouldnt know or should no longer be expected to know or find out due to inconvenience and privacy. It has taken me 2 hrs already trying to get in, register & book. What a frustrating experience. The excitement to get a cool place to stay in the city, relax this holiday season is definitely gone.

    I have just made a booking via the app and it's a horrendous experience. Not my first time using this app but it's the worst ever. The currency kept jumping as I move along the bookings from & to £ to €. Non was my designated currency. Upon confirmation, there was no email sent despite numerous request. Very bad journey!!! In the end I have to call the hotel and despite giving them the reservation number, they told me it was reserve under a different guest name!!!

    Bad news version. The new version do not keep my currency that I selected before and it shows only in US dollars. When we approve the booking is not reshow the price. It is really bad. I cancel a booking from a other hotel to select a new hotel that I am thinking, it is more cheap but at the end I have to pay more.

    new Accor All App is a nightmare.Cannot see some reservations. It does not sync properly with web bookings. No place in app to add missing bookings or to add promo code when booking. Keeps referring me back to my company codes even when I want this preference off. Booking far too complicated (very similar to old booking system from years ago. So old fashioned and clunky). Have to input Tel and email each booking even though I'm a platinum accor and you have all my details on file. Tiresome.

    Ok but lacks detailed hotel information and hotel not easy to contact. I simply wanted to know if the restaurant was open tonight, called a number found on the app which took me to a reservation centre. The option 3 to reach the hotel directly actually disconnected the call 3 times in a row. In the end I spoke with someone taking booking and was eventually given the direct number. It would have made it an easier process to have this number or the restaurant information directly on the app.

    The currency change option was removed in relation to the previous app. This version of the app is no good compared to the former. There is very little details on the reservations already made, such as price, breakfast, etc. You had a perfectly good app and don't.

    It fails to fetch data and I have to use the website to be to make a booking after trying it for 3 days! I've tried to trouble shoot by unistalling deleting cache and reinstalling so many times in 3 days!!! It's so disappointing. Too bad I can't rate 0 star. It deserves just that.

    Unfortunately not as good as I expected at all. Cant see the current booking, data doesn't refresh in all segments, no real clear overview. Always being redirected to websites... I'd advise the creators to take a look at the Bonvoy Marriott app... Definitely hugely missed opportunity. However, (not about the app) happy that skyteam teamed up with accor.

    Poor Layout and misses out details of previous app No change of currency or local currency option like Indian rupees. Shows only USD.Would have loved in update if they gave Red hot sale details as an option which is otherwise only on web. Doesn't show Stay plus option clearly which was easily available in previous app. Overall not an update at all. The newest update :: DOESN'T SHOWS STAY PLUS OPTION IN APP. HAVE TO LOGIN ON WEB TO SEE. 😔. WHAT A PATHETIC UPDATE BTHE OLD LAYOUT WAS SOO GREAT.

    So far the new app looks fine in terms of functionality, but there is one major issue. The old app worked in landscape mode on my tablet, but the new app seems to think my tablet is a 30 cm phone that only works in portrait mode. I sincerely hope Accor fixes this problem.

    Such a pathetic app upgrade....Previously it used to show me rate in local currency... In new app that feature is not available.. More surprisingly, when i tried to book move n pick hotel in colombo, the rooms were available on every thirdparty site and hotel website... But sold out on the app... I booked taj samudra instead of move n pick..the previous version of app was far better...

    No pet policy indicated in any hotel brands ; no details about attractions near by; no hotel email contact if need more info e.g. how much is pet charge or parking. Basically return results of searched hotel, respective rooms, rates and book. It looks simpler but it is not useful. Much prefer the previous accor hotel app which I can't download anymore. This app is a failure! Please put back necessary information for users!

The booking works, however information about the hotel is vague and incomplete. Does not show all facilities. Unable to access any of my bookings to amend or review. Please fix.     Completely screwed up. Used to have Accor Silver status. Do not see ALL program in app at all. On the web I can try to join ALL, and it passes through my info, but I am getting constant error 'Sorry, there was a problem creating your account. Please try again '. Where are my Silver points?

    The date format online is different from the app. Harder to access some information. The presentation of the new app is complicated. Everything just seem complicated compared to the old one. The old version looked more colourful. The new one is goo greyish for my liking.

    This is truly the worst loyalty app on my device. It doesn't always recognise me/log me in, doesn't offer the opportunity to book using points let alone be able to view my status. Often doesn't display search information giving me an error message saying 'your network doesn't allow for the information to be displayed correctly' but then will randomly do it for other searches. Maybe Accor should stop buying other hotels long enough to be able to create a better user experience when booking?

    Just arrived at the Mercure Bomonti in Istanbul where my booking was canceled upon arrival: that's unacceptable!!! I booked few days ago with my credit card details, got an email confirmation and then apparently your communications don't mean anything at the hotel!!@ it usually works fine, but a couple of days ago I wasn't able to complete the payment and it kicked me out, I started over and the result was a double booking: extremely hard to get rid of and still haven't got my money back.

    New designs, looks good. However first time experience are not as good as the old apps, takes more time to learn. Separately, my bookings are not displayed and my membership are not registered at the hotel, I had to ask for my welcome drinks.

    Pretty useless app. Search results just offload all Accor hotels regardless of the search criteria (for instance the number of persons). You have to go manually from hotel to hotel to find out that "what a pity" it cannot accomodate you. Whoever designed the app never tried booking a hotel room in their life.

    The application was great and easy to used. There was something wrong with the flag between Indonesia and India at the currency option. The curreny of Indonesia was Indonesian Rupiah IDR but the flag was Indian and vice versa. Please kindly fixed this error. Thank you.

    New app incorrectly shows platinum status ending December 2019,on the Web it shows 2020 correctly. Good app. helps me to identify when the hotel does not add points to my card, which happens a lot, I can then contact customer services to get the issue resolved.

    Incomplete Mobile App... For Fairmont hotels, the app only gives you Member Rates and does not give you the flexibility to choose a AAA or Special Package, both of whom are available on the hotel website. Stay away from this app until they build this feature or you will end up paying 30-40% more than you should.

    This app used to be much better and included nearly all the information the website has, but unfortunately that has changed. The photos of the hotels don't load properly and there isn't as much detailed information about the hotels.

    Worse Loyalty program app. It's slow, doesn't recognize the member, even adding the booking manually still it will not add to profile. Perhaps lot of shortcomings to be fixed and do learn from Marriott loyalty program as its the best I have come across

    1 star because this app still doesn't work. 1 star for adding points and status history. All the features from previous app missing - future bookings ,promotions, unable to access these bookings. Keep get that message - its not you, Accor is working on it.

    Bad experience. Participation boost point but never get boost point. We Call customer service then CS inform if i registration after promotion expired. Actually i have 2 account accor because when i join with accorplus cannot merge with old account with status silver because my account have upcoming stay. You build system with same experience senior high school programming.. where BA,, SA.. why your system environment very bad.

    Updated apps is complete rubbish. Booking did not get guaranteed even though my credit card details did not change. Then it got cancelled without explanation. I would have been left with no room if I had not checked.

    Its verry difficult , When I am seraching hotels , Its saying not available any more , but on my laptop its showing available , when I book hotel on app its confirm then its cancel automatically , Its making me crazy . I like the old app , It was so better , New app is worthless .

    painful app, far from being user friendly. To this day I have not booked one accor hotel because of this terrible interface even though there's been some good deals available. For it representing one of the largest hotel chains this is a pathetic attempt.

    1. I can't book more than 1 room; 2. There is no detail of my stays like the price i was charged and at what rate the currency was charged; 3. My past booking in Fairmont in Singapore is missing, i don't know why ;4. I can't click on the hotel review (tripadvisor) to see the details and also accor review is missing. Please fix this, take notes on what was good from the previous apps and don't destroy it.

    Not very pleased. App displays prices in US$ and there does not seem to be any way of changing this. I had previously selected €uros as my prefered currency. Previously your website kept defaulting prices to UK£ every time I modified a search which was very annoying.

    It's getting better but you need to clarify the way you go from hundred to thousands in sterling because it actually makes no sense. To use . When you should use , e.g. £1.568 and £1,568 the two values are uniquely different.

    New ALL app no longer allows for multiple rooms to be booked in same reservation. Previously this was the most helpful feature of the Accor phone app. Nightmare booking 3 separate bookings when traveling with family.

    I still can't opt for an early check-in or a late check-out after picking the room. The rate is sometimes off ( thousands more than the average rate )

    Last version was much better. It is difficult, way to difficult compared to the last version to look at pts and status. Very unmotivational and a big step backwards

    Previous version was more user cannot edit or select different currency other than US dollar!! Whereas on can change between the two of them.

    Since the new app it does not show my booking anymore. (Same on the web version, no booking for me though I have!!!!!!) Just please do some really simple simple tests before you launch an app.

    Really good, but..... Couldn't find a way to add additional services for my stay (would have liked to have booked breakfast). But it is one of the better hotel booking apps I have used.

    Convenient app. It would be great if I could change my reservations directly without having have to cancel the previous and then re-book. It's such a hassle compared to other hotel chains' app.

    From bad to worst.. Currency is stuck at GBP and there is no way of changing? Who did the app testing? How can such fundamental selection is left out? And you do global rollout? How embarrassing..

    The update of the app is welcomed looking good but only one thing missing, doesn't give you the option of currency right now its in £ pounds, at least if there is the option to choose the currency option

    I can't book more than 1 room. How to book more room. And there are options to pay at the hotel that I chose, but on booking it's always tried to pay using my credit card

    App keeps giving me the hotel rates in pound sterling even though I am trying to book a hotel in Singapore. Also the app cannot accommodate my StayPlus benefit and membership but keeps on giving me the non-member rates for the rooms.

    It is mostly excellent and easy to use for booking rooms but there is not enough information about room and accommodation facilities.

    Used to be a great app. Since the layest update it now shows very little information on each hotel and when you search in an area it no longer shows other hotels slightly further afield.

    This apps always error when i try to fill personal information and the most important thing, i can't you my point to book the hotel through this new apps. Hope you can fix it. The latest app is better than this apps

    Non available hotels should be filtered out while doing a search (for example on a map), instead of having to select the establishment to get the actual availability.

    I experienced technical error occured most of the time. Now the name changed become accor all and make me more confused because some function not available anymore.

    Filters work really well. I like the way you can search based on price and other parameters, but you can also see that information on a map. Really useful!
