    Love the app. I've been at it a month and I went from not being able to move on many exercises to now I can do them all and exceed the required numbers. I'm not sure how I adjust the cadence however. I have a Garmin watch, would be to have this app connected to it.

    So many flaws. The timer is too slow. How would one do leg crunching with each crunch taking almost 3 seconds? The app should give an option to disable the timer option. The videos in the exercise do not match the animation. Some exercise do not even have the right exercise videos (Bridge Tap in advance version). Uninstalling it.

    The exercises are all counted out by a counter, but the counter is super slow. Even by holding the exercises it's way too much time between each rep. I end up doing double the number of reps or even triple in some cases. Just not an enjoyable app to use

    This app is really good and doing the workout consistently really do give you abs and its good for beginner. But the timer is really slow. Of course you need to do the workout slowly but this is too slow. I hope you improve tje workout timer

    Good for beginners and app doesn't lag. Appreciate the routines; voice, video, animated guides, reminders, and motivational realistic messages; daily health tips; accurate summaries and syncing to Google Fit. Ads can be a distraction, however, I guess we can just take them as quick breaks in-between routines. Would also explore the other features of this app.

    great app! two difficulty levels: beginner and advanced, both 30 days long, i just finished beginner and am now starting advanced. i definitely saw results towards around day 20. i love how short the workouts are (less than 15 min). they also start out easy and get difficult towards the end of the month which is nice. highly recommend!

    Great app. It helps keep track of the days I do the workout, the calories I burn and even when I skip a day. It has different levels so when the beginner starts to be to easy you move on to a harder worker. You get to pick your rest times and it even tells you tips everyday and while your doing the workout.

    To start off it shows you what exercises you have done and it also shows examples and tells you what to do for each pose There are also night time and morning stretches to get you ready for the day and both well rested A bonus is It will show you what you did on which days like a calendar along with that it tells you how much calories you've burned and by putting your weight and height it will tell you if your over weight or if your underweight or at a healthy weight Overall recommend this app

    I like this app. I can actually feel the burn in its workouts. Personally I think that it should not time you while doing a workout that doesn't have to be timed, because the timer is too slow and no one works out that slow. I think there should be a button you could press when you're done with the exercise. But otherwise, I really like this app. I love the tips it gives you, and the way the app separates its days. I also really like that it schedules a rest day.

    It works offline. I love the counter. I wish all working apps could count to do each movement slowly to gain muscles faster. However, I wish there was a thirty-day intermediate training as there is only beginners andc advanced, but other than that everything else is simply perfect. I love the recorded tips during the exercise and everyday tips as well. Keep up the good work,guys. You're helping millions to work out at home and prevent a lot of diseases as it is said, sitting is the new smoking.

    Overall this app is great. I've been using it since June 2018 and after 6 months of daily exercises, 20 minutes a day on moderate mode, I've gone from 10 stone 9 lbs to 8 stone 4 lbs, I see the pounds dropping by the weeks now. But of course I have also been eating less junk food and more fruit & veg. I do have a question though. On day 30 on moderate mode it used to say that workout burns 490 calories, now it says that same workout burns 408 calories. why has the number been lowered?

    I love it! This app is really useful when it comes to having control on your body. I tried for a month, trying to be punctual, but even if I couldn't fulfill the workout every day, I still got a great result. It has cool futures like remainders, videos showing you how to do a specific exercise, diets etc. It made me feel better about myself and helped me to be more active in my everyday life. The only problem are adds. It has lots of adds, way too much. However, i still like it.

    Love it, but I wish there was an option to turn off the sound ticker, like there is to turn off the voice and helping tips. The ticker, as mentioned by others, is too slow. I understand some people want to hold the pose, but when I try to do the exercise based on count and not beat, it gets annoying. I still enjoy the end ring to alert me timed activities are done, but I wish there was a bit more customization. Ads are not overwhelming and exercises themselves are well planned and effective.

    I am on my 2nd month with this app! I wanted to try to motivate myself into getting a routine down to exercise more regularly and decided to try this. It's easy to follow, I enjoy most of the exercises (I hate planks, haha) and the speed of it all works for me well.     This is a great app! I've been using it for over a week now and I've started to feel and see the difference. You need to make sure your food intake is healthy too. The one thing I think needs improvement (I haven't seen the option to change it) is the ability to change the set working seconds and reducing the rest cycle. I've been able to increase the rest cycle but not reduce. Again it's not something I've looked into fully but overall this app really targets all sections of my abs.

    I think it's really great only had it a short time and I can already see the start of abs emerging, however I don't use it everyday because I'm way too busy. But the way it's set up makes it easy to follow and use and really motivates me to do exercise. The voice is a bit annoying just as a warning but you get used to it so it's fine. Would definitely recommend!

    This is very helpful and easy for beginners to use. The app breaks down workouts in day formats, that you can then translate into your weekly routine. It's good for people just starting out, but it could be even better for seasoned Fitness people. I really enjoy using the exercises that are suggested.     this is a very great app. It gives you daily reminders in the morning,middle of the day and the afternoon. When you are unsure of what to do on a certain excersice you can click the "?" button and it explains wverthing about the specific workout. It will tell you how many seconds you have left for an excersice. there are 7 excersises in one sesion. in between the 7 excersices there is a 30 second break but you can skip it any time and also add 10 seconds to the break. reccomend alot.

    Not as good as other apps from this company. I'm blind without my glasses so I need the prompts for each exercise spoken. This one did not have that despite marking the prompts to go on like I have on the other two apps I use plank and splits training. I also did not like the ticking clock during each exercise. I like the half time and count down but the clock was too much. It also does not allow you to skip an exercise in the training plan which I needed due to injuries that prevent those.

    This so darn quick that anyone can fit this into their morning routine. The excersize descriptions and pictures(video) are clear and easy to understand. For a busy mom this is great. My only suggestion is when the movements are being done I forget when to breathe in and exhale for the best result.

    This app is the BEST👍💯. Apart from giving easy sets that work, it also gives daily tips. It's now the app I can't miss on my phone though I already got my abs.     This is a very nice app. Really helped me to loose weight though you won't really see instant result, you really have to finish the 30 days workout routines. It definitely worked for me, just be mindful of what you eat. A nice exercise plus a right diet equals fitness.

    so far so good. I have added this to my morning workout and because the app breaks down the exercises into achievable sections by the end of "day" it feels like something has been achieved. No one likes ab workouts but this app makes those exercises seem possible. because the program builds on the previous day it also is motivational in keeping up with it. Great job for the developers!

    The voice while the workout is going it's so annoying, I'd like if it didn't try to control your speed while doing the exercise. If you finish before the voice, there is no skip so you are forced to go a different Pace. But other than that I can't say this specifically got me my abs because I literally have 5 different similar workout apps that I follow every night but I think this one helped, I got result like 7 days after using this specific app. Overall fine app and the ads aren't to annoying

    I loved this app! I'm only at day three but I love the challenge. It also suggests morning and night stretch. This app gives tips every day and is super helpful. I always had visible abs but now I feel like I'll have a beach body by the end of this and will do advanced ab workout!

    been using this on and off for a while. Ads aren't overwhelming or pushy, voice counter to follow during reps is really helpful, and i enjoy the mix of workouts. i have two othee apps by this developer (buttocks workout and lose weight in 30 days) and i enjoy them all.

    I like the app but I think some exercises like the mountain climbers and the standing bicycle crunches should be on a timer instead of the counted hold reps currently in the app. Currently on day 3 and I feel like my legs have been worked more than my abs but I'm going to keep going and update later on whether it feels like anything has started working

    Its really simple but effective, just what i was looking for. no personal info, no cc numbers, just the app calling your workouts. I'd give it 5 stars if they had used a real human voice instead of the creepy computer one. great app if you get bored of doing situps like me.

    I love that this is for beginners. It means I am more likely to do it. I don't mind the computerized voice. And it is slow but I either go more slowly which is harder, or I do faster reps. I really like it and have sent a screen shot of it to a friend. Apps should have a share function!

    Loving the app. Ever since I have started using it, I have had visible results. My favorite feature is the voice counter as it helps you pace yourself accordingly. Only downside is that it includes weekends as part of the program, but it is not a smash:)

    Good app for beginners. Haven't finished the program on day 7 and can already see results! I have toned the top half of my abs but bottom half not as much so hopefully it gets better! Also there is only the program and moring and night stretch which is slightly disappointing would be good if there was like an Ab attack or something?!

    Absolutely love this app! It's very easy although not very hard, so you don't get unmotivated. The daily tips are awesome 😊 Highly recommend for those who are lazy going to the gym😃. 10 minutes of Abs workout and your fit in 1 week!( I also recommend Buttocks workout... does the job!)

    Th app is good, but wished it would give you the choice between setting the sets yourself and having it given. Also i think a choice should be given between it counting the sets and it just giving you the option to do it in your own time

    Amazing app, perfect for current troubled times to stay in shape. Please consider to integrate "cast" option for your workout apps. Now when everyone is staying at home the ability to cast to the tv the routine would benefit a lot of users.
