So I really enjoy this app by why does it have to be so fast I've finding it hard to keep up and with a neurological (the brain) disorder it frustrates If I can do it properly how am I going to gain anything for this I feel like I'm cheating can you slow it down some how or even a go back button I know I can go out of the whole excerise go back in but it tells me think about why you are giving up I'm not giving up it's just going to fast.

This app is helping me stick to my goal to lose weight. The exercises are great to do some easy some hard but i am motivated to keep going. When i lose weight i will have this app(and the butt app) to thank with assisting me in my weight loss journey.

I like app but all the pop ups ads after installed is a pain. I use my others because of the ads. How do I stop them

Magic is not posible but you can fix yourself with this app...

This so darn quick that anyone can fit this into their morning routine. The excersize descriptions and pictures(video) are clear and easy to understand. For a busy mom this is great. My only suggestion is when the movements are being done I forget when to breathe in and exhale for the best result.

Though I didn't follow it to the core, but it gives me strength and motivation to do more. And the plank duration increases with set of exercises. So loving it, and not missing gym much!

I like this app. I can actually feel the burn in its workouts. Personally I think that it should not time you while doing a workout that doesn't have to be timed, because the timer is too slow and no one works out that slow. I think there should be a button you could press when you're done with the exercise. But otherwise, I really like this app. I love the tips it gives you, and the way the app separates its days. I also really like that it schedules a rest day.

I actually like these challenges! Looking back at my fitness log book, these 30-day challenges are the most successful for me. At the end of my current challenge, I would like to blend 2 or 3 challenges a week for 30 or 60 days. Is this possible?

Brilliant app with realistic expectations and very achievable results... for any ability... I have several health issues including a degenerative back problem and found this app and exercises not only do -able but beneficial as core strengthen ing.... go on give it a try... you will surprise yourself!

It works offline. I love the counter. I wish all working apps could count to do each movement slowly to gain muscles faster. However, I wish there was a thirty-day intermediate training as there is only beginners andc advanced, but other than that everything else is simply perfect. I love the recorded tips during the exercise and everyday tips as well. Keep up the good work,guys. You're helping millions to work out at home and prevent a lot of diseases as it is said, sitting is the new smoking.

Love it, but I wish there was an option to turn off the sound ticker, like there is to turn off the voice and helping tips. The ticker, as mentioned by others, is too slow. I understand some people want to hold the pose, but when I try to do the exercise based on count and not beat, it gets annoying. I still enjoy the end ring to alert me timed activities are done, but I wish there was a bit more customization. Ads are not overwhelming and exercises themselves are well planned and effective.

I am on my 2nd month with this app! I wanted to try to motivate myself into getting a routine down to exercise more regularly and decided to try this. It's easy to follow, I enjoy most of the exercises (I hate planks, haha) and the speed of it all works for me well. Although I only lost about three pounds, I more importantly lost 2" in my waist, 1" in each thigh and 1/2" in my arms!! This app has helped me stay on track and even my kids like to join me.

This is an easy yet hard workout it's hard for me to get to the gym with little ones at home so I do this after they are asleep and once I've done the 30 days I just reset and start over again plus it's super easy to use if ur not sure how to do an exercise it has videos to show u how

This app sucks. I didn't even make it thru the 1st workout before I uninstalled. You can't turn off the annoying sounds without also having to turn off the coach tips. And if you finish early you can't skip to the next exercise. I'll just look for another ab app. This isn't the one for me.

So far I really like this program. It has beginner, intermediate and advanced levels and good morning and evening routines. Def my favorite for building core strength at a do-able pace.

this is a very great app. It gives you daily reminders in the morning,middle of the day and the afternoon. When you are unsure of what to do on a certain excersice you can click the "?" button and it explains wverthing about the specific workout. It will tell you how many seconds you have left for an excersice. there are 7 excersises in one sesion. in between the 7 excersices there is a 30 second break but you can skip it any time and also add 10 seconds to the break. reccomend alot.

Great for jump starting a workout routine and maintenance. Definitely works different & balanced muscle groups. Good variety of exercises. Great for stregthening your core.

Since beginning, I already notice a difference in my belly fat and abs. This app has helped me boost up my self confidence so much and has had a great impact on myself image. been using this on and off for a while. Ads aren't overwhelming or pushy, voice counter to follow during reps is really helpful, and i enjoy the mix of workouts. i have two othee apps by this developer (buttocks workout and lose weight in 30 days) and i enjoy them all.

Its really simple but effective, just what i was looking for. no personal info, no cc numbers, just the app calling your workouts. I'd give it 5 stars if they had used a real human voice instead of the creepy computer one. great app if you get bored of doing situps like me.

Love that you can play the instructions and just listen to it (and follow it!) for 10 minutes a day.

Love it it really works

This app is grate. Have tried from the same creator buttocks training and this is as good. Good to have reminders, counting and detailed explanation of each exercise to t perform all at home as safe and correct as possible. Daily hints are as well useful.

So far it seems like a decent work out app, exercises you can do at home, a few ads which are perfectly fine for a free app, certainly no where near as much as other work out apps! Hoping I'll see some benefits soon :)

Th app is good, but wished it would give you the choice between setting the sets yourself and having it given. Also i think a choice should be given between it counting the sets and it just giving you the option to do it in your own time

Tried a few stomach apps but this is the best so far! Exercises are easy to follow and good variety. Also like the option to watch video of exercise or just read about it.Timer is a little slow but getting used to it.

It's not bad but the voice needs to be defined and the time in between each move you do needs to be a bit shorter.

I love it! This app is really useful when it comes to having control on your body. I tried for a month, trying to be punctual, but even if I couldn't fulfill the workout every day, I still got a great result. It has cool futures like remainders, videos showing you how to do a specific exercise, diets etc. It made me feel better about myself and helped me to be more active in my everyday life. The only problem are adds. It has lots of adds, way too much. However, i still like it.

You need to add more workouts, you basically do the same ones everyday. For that reason I'm giving you 3 stars

Overall this app is great. I've been using it since June 2018 and after 6 months of daily exercises, 20 minutes a day on moderate mode, I've gone from 10 stone 9 lbs to 8 stone 4 lbs, I see the pounds dropping by the weeks now. But of course I have also been eating less junk food and more fruit & veg. I do have a question though. On day 30 on moderate mode it used to say that workout burns 490 calories, now it says that same workout burns 408 calories. why has the number been lowered?

I think it's really great only had it a short time and I can already see the start of abs emerging, however I don't use it everyday because I'm way too busy. But the way it's set up makes it easy to follow and use and really motivates me to do exercise. The voice is a bit annoying just as a warning but you get used to it so it's fine. Would definitely recommend!

so far so good. I have added this to my morning workout and because the app breaks down the exercises into achievable sections by the end of "day" it feels like something has been achieved. No one likes ab workouts but this app makes those exercises seem possible. because the program builds on the previous day it also is motivational in keeping up with it. Great job for the developers!

Loving the app. Ever since I have started using it, I have had visible results. My favorite feature is the voice counter as it helps you pace yourself accordingly. Only downside is that it includes weekends as part of the program, but it is not a smash:)

This is an excellent app for effective abs workout. I make it a date everyday to workout and I'm seeing results already. The fact that I can use it when my data isn't switched on is also a huge plus.

I'm really glad the new stage has been added, kinda stopped last year because it only had one stage. Trying to start this again, but running into an reminder error. Appears the reminder function isn't working, doesn't come up at all when it's time. I'm using LG V20[is it a phone bug or app bug?]
