    Love this app . Today i do it only for 1 day and it really shows result to me .it likes a magic . When i start doing it i think that its exercise duration is very small so it can't show result to me as fast as i want but it shows result on first day . Like after doing this exercise for 10 minutes my jogger are not fitting me . I know you think that i am lying but no this really works . I persnally request to you please try it

    plan The voice while the workout is going it's so annoying, I'd like if it didn't try to control your speed while doing the exercise. If you finish before the voice, there is no skip so you are forced to go a different Pace. But other than that I can't say this specifically got me my abs because I literally have 5 different similar workout apps that I follow every night but I think this one helped, I got result like 7 days after using this specific app. Overall fine app and the ads aren't to annoying

    youtube I loved this app! I'm only at day three but I love the challenge. It also suggests morning and night stretch. This app gives tips every day and is super helpful. I always had visible abs but now I feel like I'll have a beach body by the end of this and will do advanced ab workout!

    pamela I like this app for get tired but after 14 days no results. When i start to feel my muscles exercise finish which is wrong i guess. Maybe is just me i dont know. Definitely when i work out i feel my neck and lower back which is not good. Maybe someone has any tips ?

    frauen Good app for beginners. Haven't finished the program on day 7 and can already see results! I have toned the top half of my abs but bottom half not as much so hopefully it gets better! Also there is only the program and moring and night stretch which is slightly disappointing would be good if there was like an Ab attack or something?!

    On day 11. So far so good. The exercises are easy to follow and short enough to keep me from giving up. My abs are definitely burning at the end of each exercise, so I know they're working. This is the longest I've followed an exercise program... Which for me is saying a lot for this app!

    This is very helpful and easy for beginners to use. The app breaks down workouts in day formats, that you can then translate into your weekly routine. It's good for people just starting out, but it could be even better for seasoned Fitness people. I really enjoy using the exercises that are suggested. They seem very helpful, and so far they seem like they are working. The mirror is even better than the scale! I would highly recommend this app for people who are trying to lose weight or tone.

    Sorry, but I hate this app with a passion 😂 Counter is terribly off and dragging on with no rhythm whatsoever. The exercises are totally unbalanced with difficulty jumping unreasonably within a day. Result-wise, the app is also disappointing. I saw much greater results, much faster, when doing a 5-min-a-day plank excercise set I created myself. Laughable.
