Can't register myself for FSK lock. I used German residence permit and no matter how many times I tried, the ID number wasn't accepted. Tried to do with chat, they asked you to upload a picture of your ID but couldn't attach anything (the button is not working). Horrible experience overall...

Needs ID, total BS dont touch, buy or do anything with it, better watch anywhere else. I dont have children and need to "upload my personal data" to your server. Actually you could be sued for that matter cause you FIRST ASKED FOR PAYMENT AND THEN THAT PPL NEED TO UPLOAD THEIR ID. For best this app gets banned or remove it Why do people make things like this public, its the worst. It took only 2h to actually start watching anything.

Not only do you have to watch up to 9(!) ads but the app fails to start playing the episode you selected to watch but randomly skips to another one and does the same thing after having to watch ads in the middle of the episode. So you have to restart the whole episode and forward all the way to the point you were at before. But then, if you forward to much by constantly pressing the button because it only forwards 10 seconds at the time, it crashes. Who wants that? Terrible experience.

This app manages to combine the worst of tv with the worst of streaming services. Constant and endless advertisement which is not announced, non-skippable and after which it doesn't even manage to continue streamimg where you left off. Sometimes you got to watch ads just to have to skip through to roughly where you left off, to watch ads again because somehow the app did not recognise you already watched ads. This app makes it feel like watching tv, which is exactly what one does not want.

Plays ads, but once the actual content is about to start, the app causes a system crash. Edit (2019-08-07): after the suggested reinstall (including data and cache wipe), I was able to view an episode of a series on the second try. On the first try, the app failed to playback the video, but didn't crash.

Everything else is OK except there is no way 🔙 . By mistakenly I clicked on the next episode. How do I go back to the old one? I feel like your app was developed in early 19th Century. Your business is entertainment and videos but your app doesn't even have basic features. Unbelievable!

A great alternative to cable or satellite. It's exactly what i was looking for. I only wish i could pay a one time fee to get rid of ads without subscribing to plus, maybe in the future. I highly recommend the joyn app. 👍

Since a few months now I have the problem at the selected episode I want to watch won't start. I only get the message "An unknown error has occurred". No matter how good my wifi is, nothing will play. I even tried reinstalling the app, doesn't work either.

Other languages as English not available. It is very funny to have English series and films with no original sound and subtitle available. It is good that Netflix and Amazon Prime are good in their job.
