    Excellent app.ive been using it for last 4 years and has really helped me stay in shape. Highly recommended. I have recommended this app to my friends also. Only issue I've found is that for upper body it has only push motions like push ups, dips. So for alternate day workouts, I've substituted the push ups and dips with narrow arm and wide arm pull ups.

    I love that the workouts are 7 minutes, but you can choose to do as many rounds as you want. I also like that it talks and tells when you are halfway and 3 seconds remaining.
