I honestly say this app is even more stressful, you need to refill ur email and password each time you enter the app. There r actually some people will hear ur problems and they're not active they never responded. Also the room the community wasn't active it's just their managers having role play a fake conversation. If you are really serious with ur mentel illness this app not going to help. They want you to pay to be responded.

I'm not one to actually write reviews, I usually only leave a star review, but the customer service is atrocious. I wanted to try the therapy service which is $150 for anyone curious. First of all. I wasn't expecting a list of worksheets and logs that'd I'd have to do for the therapy service. I didn't end up using the service so I asked for a refund. I gave it a week and I received no reply. I could be using that money for bills. Ive now sent another email. This is trulet disappointing.

This was the first time I've used this app and I will be using it more often it really helped a lot to just be able to talk to someone I've battled with mental health my whole life and I have a lot of mental health issues I'm pagan and fall under the LGBTQ+ community I'm also a recovering addict they are friendly and nonjudgmental there here to help not judge you are treated like a person I'd highly recommend this app

I have used this for some time to help with current struggles going on in my life. I took a break from technology to focus on me. When returning and logging in, nothing will load. At all 😞 so for me, the app is not working AT ALL. Can't even see the profile name anymore...

So far I have this app less than an hour with issues. First, it makes me sign in every time I minimize the app or close it. It would be nice to remain signed in for more than two seconds. Then any post I made in the forums just disappeared with out a trace. I hope it's just a glitch, bit these issues are not impressive.

me and my sister using it for the last 6 years..done courses from there, use it for meditation, I've taken paid therapy from there.... and I'm a listener too since past 4 years... but the Newbies r terrible.. they are turning it into an IM time pass service.. not all though just some... pls make the training clearances strict and stop taking feedback at the first 5th sec.. nothing can be judged within such a short time. often i give a good feedback and the listener goes offline

I don't really know what's happening but every time i exited the app, it brings be back to the login page and when i tried to login it it just said that email and password are invalid? And then when i tried to create a new account it said that the email is invalid I've some other emails but it still didn't work. Thank you for reading and hoping for a fast response.
