I like the interactivity when selecting a key. Simple and does what it suppose to do. Maybe a color choice or scheme can be added? Some colors are really close to eachother. And some people have difficulty with colors.

Simply amazing. The Circle of Fifths has been brought to life in this interactive and musical app. No ads, and completely free. Whether you're new to music or an advanced composer, this app will forever change the way you see and hear music. It makes music into a fun and easy to understand endeavor, as opposed to a grueling study of a complicated and murky subject. If I had one more, I'd give it three thumbs up.

This is wonderful. In a simple graphical display it shows you the diatonic chord relationships within any major or natural minor scale, and lets you listen to them and play around with them. You can use this app to try out chord progressions and explore modulations from one key to another. It would be better if the circle were larger in diameter, because my biggish fingers sometimes miss the little dots in the innermost circle, but then everyone would need a bigger phone, so I can't really downgrade the app for that. Five stars; if permitted I would give it an extra star for sheer creativity.

The app looks great, and since as a composer I have a pretty good grasp of the concepts, I was looking for the "compose music" ability promised in the description. There is not a word of explanation or instructions on the potential functions of the app, nor any kind of link to one. The app description in Play Store has screen shots of some functionality that, try as I might, I couldn't get to. It looks like you've built a lovely house; but with no key, all one can do is look in the window.

A simple app which does exactly what it says it does! If you are having trouble with the circle of fifths/fourths then this app will help you. It would probably also help you in composition or in deciphering chord progressions. I would like the chord playback to sound a little cleaner and a little less pianoesque, but this is a very good app.

This is a fantastic referance tool. You do need a basic understanding of the circle of 5ths; but turning this into a comprehensive explanation on the topic would ruin what makes this so usefull. I don't find the lack of instructions to be much of an issue as this is a very simple and intuative app. This app is great as is (especialy for something that is offered for free), but i would love to see an option to play and loop chord Progressions, or even just save them to referance later.

I have all my students from ages 8-75 use this wonderful app. The only suggestion that I would have is to add a visual staff to show the voicings of these chords. Hearing the notes as well as being able to see where they are on the staff is important. Thank you!!

EDIT- Rated 5 Stars today. Thank you very much Anton Zhvakin for improvisation and record feature. The latency timing has improved a lot. Its almost instant :) OLD - Its been years I have used this app on different devices. It is very useful for therotical purpose. But the audio lag hasn't been corrected yet. Even while using high end phones and tablets. Cannot play live according to metronome because it misses and lags ridiculously. Will change the rating after the issue has been addressed.

Clean but too simple(?) Still missing basic information that helps learning: Number of #b on key; it's better to display which chord is associated when pressing on a degree I, II, ... just playing a chord sound would suggest that learner should have got a good ear training level then! And why such a simple app take 12 MB as APK in comparison with similar app with only 2 MB? Something more in there?

Hm. This app is incredibly useful... you can record chord progressions made from the circle of 5ths and it lists them all for you. However, the sounds of piano and guitar are horrendous! They're so bad my ears still hurt. Too bad.
